"Full disclosure- Renovations ongoing during our stay. Good for them for freshening up this hotel. The room itself was acceptably clean. The downside was that all the public spaces were not. Understand traffic of workers, but not the obvious like the elevators(one was out of service)and the other’s floor was dirty and had bits of trash. Floors in general needed attention. Actual foot traffic and spillage trails of dirt. A occasional vacuum or mop perhaps. Bathrooms off of the breakfast room were also not good. We booked a 3 night stay, and the public areas cleanup never occurred.
The upside was the breakfast..4.5 stars. Nicely cleaned and continuously cleaned room and counter areas. The buffet selection was very good, tasty and kept well supplied. Suggestion that the hotel place signage directing folks to the breakfast room in and off the elevators. Spruce up the hallway entranceway."
