Best place to stay in Samoa on Upolu. Staff are wonderful, can’t do enough to make you comfortable. We’ve stayed here before and have stayed at other resort on Upolu. We visited other top resorts for lunch and were so happy to return to Sinalei every day

Thank you for the wonderful stay! Minimal contact with the staff but no fault or theirs we arrived wishing for a quiet arvo/eve before family time on the island and it was exactly what we got Loved the outdoor shower and the room itself was very at home! Looking forward to future stays!

The air conditioner in the room was amazing! Also all of the hotel staff were great - very kind and friendly and made sure I had what I needed and answered all my questions. I was even able to arrange a ride to the airport (for a fee) with them. The breakfast is Chinese food which was fun and the dishes changed every day and some of it was really good (my favorite was this okra dish). FYI there’s no elevator. The location is convenient - walkable to shops, restaurants (McDonald’s was like a seven minute walk), banks, the Samoa Cultural Village and the visitors center are like across the street and it’s right next door to the Australian Commission. Would stay here again the next time I’m in Apia!

"Lovely beach fales on the beach front. Perfect location. Food was really yummy and plenty offered. Mary was amazing she really made my stay enjoyable. There were no basic toiletries including soap in the bathrooms which was not good. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. Very beautiful location ..."
