"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"The first time in my life I see hotel who is not cleaning the rooms everyday and where you need to pays extra to use the safe in the room. It's supposed to be 4 stars hotel and safe and cleaning the room daily should ln't be an option. Also insulation is really bad as we hear everything from next room and we have had people from next our room complaining about hearing us as well. To me those things are unacceptable."

"Excellent hotel in a quaint part of alcudia suites to families and couples. About 10mins taxi ride to old part (no more than 10 euros ever). Hotel staff were excellent, upgraded room to a big suite. Amenities lacked but for the price it didn’t bother me on a short trip. Good value and would recommend. "
