“Good Deal”

Clean hotel at a great price very close to the airport (less than 10 mins. drive). The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Only problem for us was a noisy festival in town on the Sunday night that we stayed, which included VERY loud fireworks that went on after midnight (and we had to get up at 4:30 to catch an early flight!). Not the hotel's fault though. Lots of nice little cafes in the area to grab an inexpensive meal, though you will need to know a bit of Spanish, as Alaquas is not a tourist town. If you can't speak/understand Spanish, then you can eat at the hotel's restaurant.

“Functional but quite difficult to find”

If you are heading south, this is a good place to start out. This is a friendly budget hotel

“Clean & convenient, parking at cost”

We used this hotel for access into Valencia over three days knowing that it was a 20min bus ride into the city centre. The bus stop was a 2min walk to the BP station from the hotel. We were suprised when we found a fridge in our room however the AC clearly had some problems. Parking cost 9 euro/day. Consum supermarket directly opposite the hotel which was very useful, given the lack of restaurants in the area.

“Average”

This was an average hotel. I went for the European Grand Prix weekend and realise now that I should have researched the location of the hotel before booking. It's about 8Km outside the centre of Valencia and a little further from the circuit, so what I saved on the hotel it cost me in cab fares, as it was about 23-25 Euros to get to either and obviously the same back. It's located in the middle of nowhere with a couple of bar/restaurants nearby but that's about all. I don't really have any complaints about the hotel itself, in fact, the breakfast was very good, which surprised me. And it wasn't a long way from the airport. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone else?... Not really but that's only based on location.
