"One of tbe worst experience i have been through, arrived late at night at 1:15am , there were no one at the reception, kept waiting for like 10 min and no one showed up , went to the bell boy to ask him where is the receptionist , he replied he would look for him and revert back , 10 min after he came and told me he couldn t reach him and he s still trying to reach out for him !! I m became.irritated as this is irrelevant and i had long flights , supposed to sleep 5 hrs only because i had a scheduled meeting at 7am ! When the bell boy realized i m irritated he told me ( Monsieur j'essaye de vous aider mais il n'ya pas quelque chose que je peux faire ) with a bit of a tone and angry face. At this point i told him this is not acceptable to let clients keep waiting more than 20 min with no one at the desk ! I need a manager to talk to. His tone changed , became very rude and told me o apologized earlier , if you don t want to understand and accept it then its up to you !!! And things escalated between me and him. 5 min after tbe receptionist showed up with red eyes . Apparently he was napping somewhere, apologizing but had a drowsy unstable appearance maybe because he woke up in a hurry and in distress so he was panicking and didn t know how to scan my passport which made me.stand on the counter for 5 more minutes !! I was boiling, i m a surgeon , have to meet with a patient regarding a surgical.procedure , came a long way , very drained and have only 5 hrs that are being eroded"

"Loved this hotel! We stayed for four nights and had a great experience. We didn't end up exploring much else in Agadir and found that the hotel restaurants (particularly Le Plage) was all we needed for lunches and dinners. Gym was well equipped with branded machines that could be in any regular gym. Large pool area, we got ourselves a cabana every day and beachfront so possible to go have a swim in the sea (large waves!). The spa is not included was 300 MAD, which only includes access to a pool and hammam, would recommend getting a massage treatment instead. Service was great and we got lots of refills for water and toiletries. I think they cleaned the room twice per day. Concierge was helpful in organizing transfer to Marrakech and Quad Bike tour. Overall hotel was great value for money and there wasn't really much need to leave to see other parts of Agadir for us."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Residence Yasmina Agadir I had a wonderful stay at ** Residence Yasmina Agadir**. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, making sure everything was spotless. The location is also great, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being peaceful and quiet."

"Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several times to have glasses on our table cleared."

"Not 4 star, bathrooms are disgusting and need updating as grout is mouldy and water doesn’t drain properly in the shower…really dated. Air conditioners don’t work! Bathroom stink, indoor pool not clean! rude staff telling us we can’t eat breakfast on certain tables because they didn’t want to clean more! Horrible food, so bland and really disgusting. Entertainment not always appropriate for kids even though they said it is family friendly. Never recommend to anyone, waste of money."

"When we entered the room for the first time, it smelled musty. We had to open the balcony door the whole night. The toilet leaked nonstop. The reception desk staff are not professional. Staff lounging (lying down) on the sofa in the lobby while talking on the phone."

"Clean hotel, friendly staff. Dining room and pool were overcrowded resulting in a less pleasant experience. Shower wouldn't work properly. Hotel location good and public areas were attractive. Facilities such as complimentary beach towels and private beach area wirg sunbeds were good."
