No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby.

stay here if you're fred flinstone. Horrible Hotel
decided to give this hotel another try. I should of stuck with my other disappointment of this hotel. 1st I had requested an earlier check in which the hotel approved upon arrival the night person at the desk charged me 500 pesos for checkin early. I was not given the room I had booked which was 2 beds and i was given a 1 bed. the beds are very old and uncomfortable like sleeping on a log bed. the pillows were thin as paper and im not exagerating. i requested extra pillows and was denied i was told they didnt have any. had no room service therefore no clean towels. i had made prepaid reservation and i was told the hotel could not charge my prepaid reservation with the virtual card that was provided. therefore i had to pay again with my personal card. and now im waiting to be refunded from my third party reservation. will not stay at this property ever again...

this was my 3rd time staying here. and it had been ok the other 2 times. this time the air-condition didn't work, the shower had either hot water or scalding water. in all 3 rooms that I was in. every time I called they sent a housekeeper to check nothing was done. I had booked for 7 nights only stayed 3 nights. I couldn't sleep my last night i had to move the couch right underneath the A/C in order to get some cool air. my room was non refundable and the hotel didn't have the courtesy to refund 3 nights. will never stay here again.

No ofrece lo que dice.
Deberían mostrarse disponibles hasta que esté todo al 100, ofrecen cocina, pero no hay gas, por ende agua caliente, nos mencionaron que al segundo día ya estaría ese servicio y preguntamos y despotamente dijeron “pues cuando lo arreglen”, tampoco hay servicio de TV, línea telefónica e internet. De igual forma cabe destacar que había cucarachas, pésimo y sin olvidar que te cobran el precio completo de la habitación.

La habitacion pequeña, un baño grande, tv con cable al momento no servia por un conector deteriorado, pocas opciones para conectar dispositivos moviles, la toalla de baño deshilachada, en ubicación esta muy centrico y no alejado de la costera

Estancia relativamente satisfactoria.
Estuve en excelente ubicación en Suites Jazmín Acapulco, aunque el Aire Acondicionado ( equipo de ventana) estuvo muy ruidoso, El colchón de la cama debió ser más firme.

Las recepcionistas son super groseras, te hablan mal, y hacen todo de mala manera. Al reservar me querian dar otro tipo de habitacion y sin luz, de verdad estuvo horrible todo, no recomiendo quedarse aqui nunca.

Muy mala experiencia, nunca tuve mi habitación arreglada, siempre la hacia la recamarera hasta ya muy tarde, el hotel es mucho muy antiguo así como los muebles del cuarto y no coinciden las fotos (son de hace décadas) las televisiones obsoletas y con 'truco' para poder encenderlas (habia que apretar tres botones ocultos) cama pandeada y chueca de lo antigua que es, y dura.Pared que tapa la tv desde la cama.Puerta corrediza al balcón que no cierra bien. Personal cero amable y hasta contestan mal las camareras, una de ellas dijo 'que hasta las 6 pm podian arreglar los cuartos' muy grosera muy prepotente siendo que se renta una habitacion para descansar y tener un lugar limpio y arreglado no en desorden hasta al anochecer.Los muros presentan grietas grandes sin reparar; esto por los sismos. Espacios súper reducidos en el area de cocineta del cuarto y en el baño literal hay que pasar de lado y con esfuerzo por lo pequeñisimo. Lo único salvable es la alberca que esta limpia y la caja fuerte dentro del cuarto que es muy útil. Fuera de eso ni vayan porque por todo los van a regañar (por una manchita en toallas o sabanas, por usar el elevador, por perder la llave, por pedir la limpieza de tu cuarto etc).

Muy buen lugar para descansar y pasarla rico en Acapulco. Muy centrico y cerca de todo,sin duda un lugar para hospedarse bastante limpio y económico.

Me gustó el trat que recibi durante mi estancia en el hotel todo el personal fue amable y trataron de suplir mis nesecidades no me gustó que en las fotos de la página de internet sacan un mobiliario que no corresponde con la actualidad y que la página de Expedia no me aclaro pues el importe que vyo estaba pagando no era para una habitación sin cosineta muy mal por parte de Expedia tampoco me agrado que el área de la regadera se encharcada al bañarse y por más que lo reportamos en recepción no lo arreglaron sugerencia deberían de modernizar su mobiliario que es muy viejo sobretodo las televisiones por lo demás todo bien
