“Best weekend getaway”
We had a great time. Excellent escape from Abu Dhabi ... if you can find your way around the roundabouts of Al Ain!
“Very pleasant Hotel, very good service, best deserts and best breakfast”
Thanks to all members of the Jebel hafeet hotel, specially the cook for extra children meal (milkrice with strawberry sauce, delicious), for extra early lunch, for very good deserts and breakfast, the laundry for cleaning all our luggage in time, the facilities members for all the small help with our kid like giving us a tennisball....
“Perfect weekend getaway!”
We really can't wait to go back to this hotel. It was our last resort during a busy holiday week and we chose it over other hotels in Al Ain because it was on a mountain. It was a fun adventure getting to the top and enjoying the views. But we were treated like royalty, the food was excellent, both room service and the buffet and we met people from everywhere. We definitely plan to go back and enjoy long weekends there!!
“Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet: Not for business, but a great place for relaxing”
The location is definitely not convenient for business meetings or conferences. Not everyone would like to drive up the winding road to the top. But this very quality makes it a great place for a nice relaxing weekend. Once you are up there, you don't need to go down again, as the hotel facilities provides you with all what you need, at a reasonably good quality. As for the rooms, they combine comfort and neatness with a breath taking view. It is particularly nice to wake up there. A shisha at sunset in their tent cafe is also something to enjoy.
“Very very good, highly recommend”
This hotel is by far the nicest I have stayed in. As it is on the top of a mountain the views are stunning and its very peaceful, the hotel in general is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are a great size as well as the pool which they provide towels to use. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone
“Amazing location - and good value”
Stayed for two nights in early February 2008. Room rate was amazing value for Wednesday and Thursday but would have been much higher on Friday night. Spectacular location - perched high on a mountain with desert views and nothing else for miles. The ideal antidote to Dubai - and Al Ain is quite a normal town. A grand building with five storey atrium, swimming pool and minigolf course. Buffets for breakfast and dinner were good, varied and excellent value. Not very busy and very quiet after dinner.

Check in and check out very easy and quick. Food very nice. Personnal polite and available. This place worth a visit with notably very nice views of AL AIN and the border with OMAN.

“Mercure Grand Al Ain”
This is an amazing hotel and great value for the money. Its located at the top of a mountain and is a beautiful property. The rooms are excellent, great restaurants and bars as well as other amenities. If your traveling to Al Ain, book this hotel, you won't regret it. Its about 20 Km from the city centre and the last 10 Km is an interesting climb up the mountain, the road took 4 years to build. Treat yourself, its a great hotel
