"The place does not match the image in the advert, so it was very confusing finding the location. Also, the room in the picture and the real room are quite different - this room is a bit larger than a closet. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the lounge downstairs is nice, offers good coffee/espresso, and is comfortable. The room and bath were impeccably clean and the bed comfortable. "

"Overall I had a great time at this property. The only small thing was noise from adjacent room but only for a small time I was in my room at night. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and offered great advice and the morning breakfast was very tasty and wide variety of food choices for its size. Lots of good restaurants around the area and only two blocks (400m or so) away from Rathaus Platz(city hall)."

"overall this place was great, the interiors were beautiful, and it even has an auto-heat rack to dry your towels. It's not too far from the city area where you can walk but if we wanted to go somewhere far using public transportation, it seems you would have to walk a little farther and have to switch transportation.
