"This hotel and property is like out of a Hollywood romance or princess movie! Staying here is going to be a core memory for me. At times, it seemed like we were the only ones here. Our first day, I roamed around the garden during the early evening, and I was in complete solitude for at least an hour. During my stroll around the property, I saw a fox run past me, which just added to the storybook feel. Our family of 4 arrived on a Thursday and left on Monday. We had the Della Duchesa Suite and they had 2 single roll-away beds prepared for the kids. The A/C works great, which is hard to find good A/C in Italy. The breakfast buffet was included in our suite and was absolutely delicious. I didn’t want to leave."

"The view for the breakfast is divine, one side is overlooking the duomo while the other side is overlooking the mountain. Very beautiful! Not to mention it’s very close to the main train station santa maria novella if you have big luggage to stroll around, this is not a big problem at all. And the best part is, it’s not even expensive at all. Absolutely worth the money spend, you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Go for it!"
