"The first room I was given had a stain on the wrinkled bed sheets and hair on the pillow and the phone did not work in that room. The door had tape on the key pad. My second room, no stains on the bedding however, debris on the floor and garbage 🗑️ that was not mine. I went out and purchased a new pillow for me to use to sleep and laid a new towel on the bedding and bought a new blanket for me to use. I took pictures of the condition of the room."
