"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Hotel check in was excellent, we arrived early and the staff were so accommodating and took our bags so we could go off and enjoy our stay. Breakfast was good and we got 20% discount for booking the night before. Even though check out was 12 noon we could still leave our bags for the rest of the day. Room was very clean and even though we only stayed 2 nights we were given fresh towels every day. Would stay at hotel again without any hesitation."

"The Bed and Breakfast was very nice. It was much smaller than the photos make it appear. Our room was newly refurbished and very nice but very tiny. The breakfast area was very small and very crowded. The breakfast selection was extremely limited. Coffee was not good. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Outside sitting area was very beautiful. "

"The Resident Kensington is a lovely property which is extremely close (less than 5 min walk) to the Earl's Court underground station. Right around the station there are numerous convenience stores and some very nice restaurants. The property is small but charming, and the room definitely met my expectations. There was a small kitchenette located inside a closet which I used to store drinks and snacks in the refrigerator. My partner liked the coffee maker and the staff replaced the coffee each day. The king sized bed was comfortable, and there was both overhead lighting and night tables with lamps. There were plenty of outlets to recharge battery packs and phones. The bathroom had a towel warmer, box of tissues, makeup mirror, hand soap (nice smelling!), shampoo and conditioner. There was extra toilet tissue too. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to London who wants convenience to transportation, while NOT being in the middle of an overcrowded touristy location."
