I want a FULL REFUND

Never, in the 30 years that I've been traveling to Bali, have I ever experienced such a terrible tour! Tour East Indonesia picked us up at 2:50pm NOT 5pm as advertised, so that we could go to their 'friends' restaurant and drink expensive 'cafe Luwak'. We don't drink coffee and this was not supposed to be part of the tour. We arrived at Uluwatu 2 HOURS EARLY for the performance and had to stand in the hot sun, getting sunburned. The 'English speaking' guide only spoke to the 'driver' in Indonesian/Balinese and not to us. We were not told where we could buy a cold drink and wait. Instead, the guide left us alone and said that he'd return two hours later with tickets for the performance. We walked around, without the guide, and found a local woman selling cold drinks. The performance started at 6pm. However, there was at least 3000 people crammed into a small temple area where the performance was held. There was so many people, the performers were not able to dance properly! So, the performance was ruined for us. I felt like a hot sardine, crammed into inadequate seating. If there had been an accident or emergency, everyone would have been killed as people were seated in all the aisles and exit areas. When I raised my safety concerns with our tour guide at Tour East Indonesia, he laughed in my face! After the performance, we were supposed to have (I had paid for) a seafood dinner at Jimbaran! After driving around for over TWO HOURS after the performance, it was obvious that the tour operator had no intention of ever arriving at Jimbaran. At 9:30pm and very hungry, I told the diver to return us to Kuta. The driver, who didn't know how to drive a manual car (i.e. he did not know how to change gears, stalling the car, or how to operate a clutch) finally got us to Kuta at nearly 10pm! This was my husband's birthday and instead of having a nice dance performance and dinner, we had a nightmare and NO MEAL for a cost of nearly $200 Australian Dollars. Thank you for ruining my husbands special day! I will never book another tour with Tour East Indonesia and since Expedia doesn't obviously screen these tours, booking with Expedia should also be avoided. We couldn't have had a more miserable, terrible time if we had tried!
