our teacher, Chao, was fantastic. My wife, my 11yo daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this cooking class. It was relaxed, informative, fun and very yummy. We walked to the market, did some shopping, came back to the abundant kitchen and cooked 3 Sichuan style dishes and watched Chao prepare a fourth dish. My daughter is trying to eat vegetarian so he was able to accommodate her needs as well. Overall, this was a great experience and we would recommend it to everyone.

The location and equipment setup was very good, lots of space and the chef always took time to explain what was happening and check on the people.
