Meet your group of 10 or fewer in the morning and wander through a local market bursting with fresh local produce, meats and spices. After learning how to select the perfect ingredients, head to Hutong Cuisine Cooking School and let expert chefs lead a cooking class that covers each dish on a menu that changes daily. The chefs share special insight into the regional spices that make each dish distinct and full of flavour.
After the chefs walk you through the stages of preparing a menu of authentic dishes unique to the city and region, its time to enjoy your group’s creations.
