My experience with this company is totally ugly. Their bus was too small, full of people and they saved on AC, simply a trip in bad buses. Most importantly, the time for the main attraction was too short and keeps you on your toes. Most of the trip time is lost on stops for tea/coffee toilets, if the bus is equipped with toilet like the good tours do we would have a nice time at the main attraction and the trip would be much shorter. Moreover, the driver waits late comers at each stop, but he left us at the end of the world just due to few minutes of delay. He also threatened us he won’t take us because we have no right to be upset with him. Finally, the customers support is totally helpless and that kind of support which makes things worse.

confirmed the trip a few days before. had arranged for own transport because no shuttle was offered, but when we got there, we found out that they do pick ups from our hotel Could have saved us some money if we had known earlier.

Visited Melbourne and wanted to see a bit of the countryside and wildlife outside of Melbourne itself. Knowledgeable tour staff and small tour groups but long days. Glad we did them but were pretty tiring . Little disappointed with the trip to Phillip Island as our expectations were high and the penguins were sparse, of course that is beyond anyone’s control! We were right at the front of a viewing area , on the beach itself, but could barely see anything.. Also somewhat spoiled by the large numbers of very snap happy tourists who we found exceptionally rude, in the main. I even had two people fall on me on the beach, as we were sat watching, because they were trying to get photos (which they weren’t supposed to do either!) Enjoyed the trip up the Skydeck but was underwhelmed with the Sealife centre.
