Beyond Queensland, trending Expedia data shows Aussies are shifting inland for milder summer weather and slower escapes, with Yarra Valley, VIC (+85%), Jindabyne, NSW (+65%), and New Norfolk, TAS (+50%) on the rise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIf you haven\u2019t booked your summer escape yet, there\u2019s still time,\u201d said Sarah King, Expedia Travel Expert. \u201cThe coast will always be classic; however, it\u2019s worth looking inland this year, especially for last-minute bookings.
