We had an absolutely amazing 6 nights. I shared a classic double with my ten year old and the room was perfect for the two of us. The staff is wonderful. We cannot wait to return next year.

This was a world class experience. Perhaps the finest customer service I have ever encountered. Superb on every level. I was truly spoiled, and would very much like to one day return to the Hotel Zermatterhof.

All the staff are super prompt and friendly, especially the staff handling breakfast, spa who makes me feel very welcomed! Fast check in ans thanks to the staff handling my check in, for the free upgrade. The one bedroom is super nice and big and everything looks so wonderful. Housekeeping is very diligent and do housekeeping twice a day. Breakfast is very good, gym is very good, the whole hotel looks magnificient and grand (wow). Would definitively love to stay in there again, its the best hotel i ever stayed in switzerland so far.

Check-in was poor, we were not picked up at train station as promised. Also, room was not ready, and when concierge gave us room key , again room still needed to be cleaned ☹️. However, after manager intervened, all great. He gave us an upgrade (suite), with Matterhorn view😊👍. Thereafter, everything great, wonderful staff and excellent breakfast.

This hotel is extraordinary. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurants are excellent and the staff simply outstanding. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Zermatt.

Wonderful Hotel
The treatment was special from the time we left the taxi. Paolo’s warming reception made the difference with other hotel’s staff: courteous, professional yet friendly, and his presence and disposition were stunning. This is my fourth stay in Zermatt and the best at this great hotel.

It was a wonderful room with a view. The staff were helpful, had made reservations prior to our arrival communicating by email. The restaurant manager at Luci was amazing, as was the food. The highlight was the piano player Giovanni and the singer, who performed every evenin.

Everything from the lovely staff to the stunning hotel itself was perfect for our honeymoon. The view from our room was incredible and the hotel is situated in the middle of town which made everything very accessible. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Zermatt and I hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

By far the best experience of our trip was the Hotel Zermatterhof. We were in room 206 and had a PERFECT view of the Matterhorn as the sun rose each morning. The staff was beyond our expectations. The hotel is stunning. Pictures do not do it justice. The outside terrace area is so nice to enjoy a drink at the end of a long day. One front desk worker took his evening off to try to locate some of the rare black nosed sheep, that we’d been hoping to see, and found them for us! Will wholeheartedly recommend and encourage any visitor to choose this hotel!

I had a very pleasant stay for 2 nights upon their opening for summer. Room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Have not tried their Michelin starred restaurant since it only opens in winter session. Overall experience is very good.
