Everything is good and convenient, amenities and supplies are more than generous, staff is friendly, but there is one thing that I would like to mention the cleaning staff who left a dirty rag on the counter sink after cleaning the room.

Totally recommend this place for kids/toddler/baby. So convenient to the mall and lots of kids activities to do around. Also easy access to Tokyo city or even Tokyo side

The location was very good for where I needed to visit for the week. The property was fine for the money, functional and basic. I booked a "Hollywood" room and was very pleased I did as it was a very good size but heard from colleagues that their room was very small. Extremely helpful to have a room with washing machines. No lunch or dinner food options but there are plenty of options for both in the shopping centre over the road and in the surrounding streets.

Excellent hotel which is very clean and quiet considering the location near to the railway. This hotel is great as the rooms are large for Japan. Clean sheets and towels every day. Excellent location. We will be back next time we come to see our family.

The rooms were cozy and kept clean. We had a great views of Tamagawa from our room. Beds were very comfortable. There is free wi-fi. At check-in, you are given free bath salts and other goodies not available in the rooms. Breakfast was delicious, better than high quality hotels and more affordable. But it’s definitely toward more Japanese style breakfast. The hotel is close to some malls, Lala terrace and Grand Tree. Lots of good food there and great shopping. Also close to newly opened 7-11, which was great. It operates 24/7. Very close to both stations of Musashikosugi. If coming from Narita Airport, take Narita Express to Musashikosugi and the hotel is about 5 min walk. If coming from Haneda Airport, take the bus to Musashikosugi, and it’ll be about a 10 min walk.

Don’t go to Richmond hotels if you have kids!
This is one of the least family friendly hotels I have gone to in a long time. From the very start at the checkin, they were arguing that I had to pay for another breakfast even though I showed proof in my reservation confirmation that I had already paid for 5. They wouldn’t let up, keep in mind we’re talking about breakfast for a 7 year old, his meal was the one in question here. How Petty. We booked two rooms because I have three kids and only smoking rooms were left. My room smelled like smokers room which was expected but the kids room was so much worse. It smelled like and old Karaoke room. Also no extra bed for our third child, towel or tooth brush or breakfast for that matter. Mind you we paid for him. I saw the price hike up when I inputted him in the reservation. So for one night , two rooms $400, it wasn’t worth it. I think for a traveling business person this hotel would be fine but if you’re traveling with kids stay away from Richmond Hotels in Japan.
