STRICTLY NO PETS: Due to health Regulations, animals are NOT permitted inside or on the external surrounds of the property at any time. Violation of this condition will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION of all people from the property and forfeiture of any monies held by the booking agent, including Security Deposit.
NO SMOKING INSIDE VILLA: SMOKING is NOT permitted inside the property at any time. Violation of this condition will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION of all the people from the property and forfeiture of any monies held by the booking agent, including Security Deposit.
ITOLERABLE BEHAVIOUR / EXCESSIVE NOISE etc....
Intolerable behavior such as, neighbors being inconvenienced by extra cars, boats, etc. parked in their areas, disruptive behavior, major disturbances, excessive noise, etc. Will NOT be tolerated. Violation of this condition will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION of all people from the property and forfeiture of any monies held by the booking agent, including Security Deposit.
LOST KEYS In the event of lost keys the guest will reimburse the booking agent for the cost of new locks and new keys plus an additional fee of $50 for administration fees.
Your Key safe number will be the last 4 digits of your Mobile number.
There will be 2 keys left in the Key safe, one of the keys is to be left in the Key safe FOR EMERGENCYS as the front door can sometimes close & lock its self.
Swimming Pool keys will also be provided. There is also a BBQ in the Communal Pool area which will also need to be cleaned after use.
Should you lock yourself out , or require after hours assistance, a fee of $100 plus expenses will be payable to the booking agent.
The front Door has a Security Door lock which can be switched at the back to keep the door unlocked while in use.
THERE IS A SPARE KEY IN THE KEYSAFE WHICH MUST REMAIN THERE FOR EMERGENCYS ONLY.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:
All bookings commence at 2pm on the first day of booking and finish at 10am on the day following the last paid night (at which time the property must be vacated). Failure to abide by the above will incur an extra charge.
Also CLEANERS will be arriving at 10am.
DEPARTURE CONDITIONS:
The guest is responsible for ensuring that, when vacating the property, doors are securely locked, windows securely closed, all lights, heating and cooling and appliances are turned off.
PLEASE return the keys back to the Black KEYSAFE box located on the left hand side before the front door.
The guest will ensure that the garbage is placed in appropriate bins and that the bins are taken out on a Sunday night if staying Sunday night.
The guest shall leave the property & BBQ in a neat & tidy condition. If not left how found extra cleaning will be charged from the Bond Monies.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS:
Bond: A Refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings or Credit Card Details.
The Security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the last night's accommodation. Any damages or breakages, accidental or malicious along with any items missing from the property will be paid for by the renter.
Cancellation Policy: The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. Unless otherwise specified.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
Balance: The Balance is required before the date of arrival.
Extras: All extras must be paid in full prior to the first night stay.
Other Information:
We take pride in the way we present "Murray Grange Villa 4", if the Villa or property requires more than reasonable cleaning; an additional fee will be deducted from the bond monies.
At no stage is there to be any more than 8 staying overnight at the residence or on the property, unless it is a baby with their own porter cot.
If this is found to be the case the bond will be forfeited.
We DO NOT allow tents to be erected on the property.
Only 2 cars can be parked in the undercover car parking area in front of the villa
If you have a Jet ski it may fit at the end of the driveway next to your car parking area.
