The ‘Ferguson’ apartment offers a unique experience. Built in 1883 and recently renovated, the upstairs apartment exudes the rustic charm of its past life melded with all the conveniences of modern day living. Cosy spaces and contemporary furnishings radiate a sense of calm and holiday vibe. 


 Conveniently located overlooking the GPO in Yarrawonga, with lane access to the main street, you are a moments walk to Lake Mulwala, The Murray River, cafes, restaurants and the shopping precinct. The area is renown for its golf courses, water sports and fishing opportunities. The wine region of Rutherglen and Milawa gourmet food region is close by to explore.  The apartment contains two bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, bathroom, open plan kitchen living area and balcony. Features include a cosy gas log fire, ducted evaporative cooling with the addition of reverse cycling air conditioning in bedroom 1, Smart TV with Netflix, unlimited wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and a well appointed kitchen with quality appliances. Luxury guest amenities, linen and towels are provided.

Great location with everything at your doorstep.
Spacious and luxurious apartment…steps from the Main Street with none of the noise and room service provided by the local eatery. (Perfect on a cold night in front of the fire. Life doesn’t get better). Yarrawonga has a lot to offer…sunset drinks on the deck at the Sebel is a must. Luxurious linen and beds, as well as designer toiletries are a must along with modern amenities in a historic building. Gillian is beautiful to deal with.

A lovely getaway
The Ferguson on Belmore is a beautiful, extremely comfortable and well appointed property. We enjoyed our stay very much and wished we could have spent a few more days. Beautifully presented, extremely clean, with very comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom. Highly recommended for a stop over in Yarrawonga and the region. We hope to visit again. Thanks.

This is an exceptional property. On the Main Street with an easy walk everywhere. Reminded us of a Manhattan loft apartment. We would highly recommend as the apartment and the owners were amazing.
