Not well maintained- pool area was very uncared for- very old rusted metal table and chairs- restaurant was closed permanently

Its a Motel.. clean but thats about i.
The Aircon makes so much noise ..
The shower leaks and the shower head spurts water everywhere.
I will not recommend.

In terms of Microwave, we do have a communal microwave on a terrace area that guests are allowed to access. Unfortunately, due to lisencing/insurance purposes we arent able to have any cooking facilities in the rooms, which is stated on our room description. The receptionists could not do enough for us, all other staff we encountered were brilliant. The room was clean and neat. Loved the high ceilings. They set up a cot for us and nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast packs were great. I can't say enough good things.

Very quiet location which was exactly what I was looking for. Also the ameneties provided was excellent compared to a big hotels charging double the value for room with a view. Also the continental breakfast box was also very full filling.

I liked the gardens and a great feeling of peace quite and calmness. I am from 🇵🇬 Papua New Guinea. I spent a night there and loved it. The 1st impressiion when I arrived was a bit worrying because the reception is adjacent to an old run down building. However the onsite Manager named Wendy was fantastic. She immediately attented to me and got me settled in. Only worry the location is a little far from the train station.

Reception area was very inviting. Customer service was exceptional. Room was lovely and spacious, enough power points and lighting. Clean for the most part, unfortunately the seals around the shower were mouldy, but everything else was exceptional. Price was really reasonable. I would definitely stay again...

Perfect for what we needed. Rooms where big and clean. Nothing fancy but good for a overnight when you just need somewhere to sleep. Breakfast packs where great.

We had a very nice stay; the room was spacious and well-equipped, including with a lovely bath tub. The staff we encountered were friendly. However, I was counting on the advertised Wifi to do some urgent work, but unfortunately there was never a signal and thus no internet. We were told that the system had to get an upgrade.

We arrived when reception was closed, obtaining the keys was a smooth and easy process. Our room was clean and the bathroom was spotless with thick, fluffy towels! Overall presentation was great.

Very nice rooms and excellent service by Wendy and housekeeping staff. I disagree with the previous reviews as there are some really great take away and dine in options close by to the hotel, for example Ocean Thai which is a 4 minute drive. And plenty of Uber eats options if you want or need to stay in. No need to worry about breakfast as they supply a lovely breakfast pack. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Arrived and there was no one at reception so had to collect keys from the bow outside. The room had not been checked during cleaning as I found leftover food in the freezer, a hair bottle spray under the bed and someone’s hair on the pillow. The restaurant and bar are permanently closed which meant you had a choice of fast food or a tavern nearby. The pool looked ok but I found it strange there was no sun beds, so nowhere to relax.
Stayed for 2 nights and it did the job, but with the lack of amenities and poor cleaning I don’t see how this is a 4 star property. Works if you need somewhere to rest your head.

Our staff are more than happy to recommend many more eateries around our area aswell, not just what is next door. In terms of the sun beds, we are currently in the process of replacing last season ones with new sun beds leading up to the new summer season. We apologise for the items found in your room and this will definitely be discussed with our housekeeping team so that this does not occur again. Very polite staff and very clean room in this older style motel. The place feels deserted and the surrounding area is fast food and busy road. It’s 10 minutes drive to the esplanade area that offers a bit more. Perfect if you want a quick overnighter before a flight but not great for a mini break.

There are many nice Restaurants around and Clubs to visit and places to go if you have the time.
