Room 8 was clean and warm, with a plentiful supply of clean towels and free tea, coffee and milk. Staff were helpful and friendly and lady on reception went to double check our room before handing over the key. As i am disabled, there were a couple of things that probably wouldnt have made any difference to someone who was able bodied. One was that we had a shower over the bath rather than a separate shower cubicle. My husband had to help me get in and out. But the shower was a good shower! The other was the height of the beds. They were really high and it was impossible to get on the bed by myself. My husband had to help me on, but i must admit this caused some giggles with us and our son! We only had 2 electric sockets in the room, which was difficult with needing to charge phones, so i would suggest that maybe change these to double sockets or provide a small extention lead to provide more sockets. Overall, for the £42.50 we paid for the room, for all 3 of us, it was an absolute bargain, and we will use this again in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Comfortable bed. Controllable heating and options for food. Very quiet considering just off the motorway. Convenient parking. Problem to get a receipt. Told it would be put under room door at 4am which dud not happen. No staff on at checkout to resolve. Eventually got this resolved after several phone calls.
