With the beach at your backdoor this gorgeous house is a fantastic place to relax and unwind in style The house features polished timber floors and timber highlights throughout, well complimented by the high ceilings and exposed rafters. The great care and love and attention to detail by the owners who have had this property in the family for a long time are all very evident. Just picture yourself reading on the deck or laying out on a towel on the grass overlooking the ocean where whales and dolphins can often be seen. The house is walking distance to the Wooli Bowling Club, Wooli Wooli Cafe and Post Office Walking/ bike track along the river to the mouth (River meets ocean) is another great family outdoor activity which can be enjoyed. With the beach at the back door and the river a one minute walk away, what an idyllic way to spend your holiday!

Our Wooli weekend
We loved our long weekend in Wooli, we also loved the location of our property and it’s charm. A few minor improvements to this property like reliable hot water service, more ceiling or portable fans and remotes that work for tvs will make it worth the money it cost to stay there and the next guests a little comfier.

Great place to base out of for fishing at Wooli. Handy to cafe and club. Good boat parking.
2 bed room with sofa lounge out the back. Basic but all you need. Property manager was easy to contact to assist with a small issue after hours. Would stay again.

Castle Gandolfo
This was a lovely little cottage in a great part of Wooli and right on the beach. It is small but comfortable with plenty of outdoor seating areas, and only about 100 metres or so from both the bowling club and the river. The block of land is rather small with no fencing but the neighbours are great. If you have young children it is worth noting that the beach slopes into the ocean and can be rather unforgiving as it causes the waves to 'dump'. We used Minnie Water for beach swimming. Take your groceries with you as the nearest centre is 40 minutes away but there is a local kiosk for what you might be missing. All in all this was a very well presented and cared for beach cottage and represents great value for money.

What you see is what you get. A great littĺe castle right on the beach. Wonderful!
Everything you need to enjoy a holiday right on the beach. Very comfortable. Going to sleep listening to the waves was beautiful. We'll be back.
