Beaches at Wooli is a low set beach-house surrounded by shady tropical gardens and nestled in behind the Wooli dunes. The home is fully screened including the garden room containing a large day bed,dining table and chairs. This area leads into a shady courtyard with timber deck, outdoor entertaining area and path leading over the dune directly onto the beautiful Wooli beach. Wander out the back gate to the top of the dune and enjoy the full panorama from the river mouth in the south to Wilson's Headland in the north. Beaches at Wooli has 2 bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedroom 2 has a Tri Bunk and a King Single. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ in the rear courtyard. Alternatively eat out at the Wooli Bowl Club, the Wooli Hotel or the Wooli Wooli Cafe all within an easy walk.
At Wooli there is plenty to do - surf, swim, snorkel, dive, fish, bike ride, play tennis or go boating.The area is renowned for diving and fishing and there are several local fishing charter and dive boats for hire on the river close by. The only thing you need to bring is your linen and towels and some good books to enjoy a memorable holiday in one of the most picturesque parts of the northern NSW coastline

Beach Shack Chill
Great old school beach shack just a stone's throw from the beach. Comfortable house for kicking back in and a secure yard for the pooch. Our only (slight) negative was that we found the main bed a bit soft/ springy for our liking but we are used to quite a firm bed. Awesome place to unwind and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. We would happily stay again. Thanks for letting us stay at Beaches at Wooli!

Wooli 2022
Great disappointment, arrived to find the property had not been cleaned. Spent our first day cleaning, musty, mouldy and not able to use bedrooms or wardrobes. Perhaps, very sadly this will be our last Wooli holiday. Response from Real Estate managing the rental was dismal. No care and total lack o concern.

Relaxing @ Wooli
Great location backing straight onto the beach and the river a streets walk away. So peaceful sitting out on the daybed reading and relaxing while listening to the waves crashing on the beach. The locals are pretty friendly having spent a few good nights at the local tavern. Explored around the area on the few days of sun we got. Great early morning walks to each end of the beach. Got to get my kayak in the river . Unfortunately we were there for the second round of flooding. So sad for such a beautiful part of the country. We will definitely be back to the area.

Had a wonderful relaxed stay in this little house. Loved the outdoor covered area..though was very disappointed with the backyard as I was looking forward to sitting out there amongst the trees on the small deck which was shown in the online booking but was definitely not there

Cosy beach house
We stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the bowling club, beach, boat hire and river. The house is tucked in behind the foredune / vegetation which was fortunate because it was blowing a gale while we were there. The room with the bunks has a ceiling fan very close to the top bunk which would be bit of a safety issue if someone slept in the top bunk. Great access to the beach. The garage is a drive through so there is plenty of space for trailers or boats if required. We loved how the back verandah was fly screened to protect from the insects. The bed mattresses need replacing but are tolerable for a night or two. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet were very clean. Fantastic shower. Pity you have to go through the bathroom to get to the toilet but it is what it is. Yard is perfect for a small dog. Despite the small issues we really liked the house and would stay again.
