Fantastic cabin we were in, park big it was full when we were there. Cafe on site little shop for bits on site staff were friendly. Its a little gem in the middle of nowhere

Whenn arriving at reception the service was disgusting the girl was on the phone and continued talking without any response to us at all, Leanne came in from out the back. She was so rude! She told me I needed to pay which I already had paid through expedia and said I owed about $80 more than it was on line and that my card was declined in expedia which it wasnt and kept saying I should have booked ddirect with them repeatedly she said twice my card was declined and made me feel stupid finally the office manager came in and told her she was wrong that someone in the office had done something and they made an error in their system. After all that Leanne put the key on the counter and said sorry but it was extremely reluctant. The park itself was great its just the service from Leanne that put a sour taste in my mouth I couldnt believe how rude she was its not the kind of person I would want working for me.

Beautiful large area with lots of accommodation. Across the road to the beach & lovely esplanade walkway. Excellent cafe next door. Perfect location Villa big with plenty of space. Staff friendly & will definitely stay there again.

This was the cleanest, nicest park we have ever stayed in. Welcoming reception with good advice given, very clean rooms and quality bedding. Spacious and quiet. Great verandah out front, comfortable lounge in the Deluxe Cabin. Good supply of tea/coffee. Right across the road from a perfect beach. Lovely flat area so easy walking. Very tropical park with grocery store and cafe. Highly, highly recommend. Very reasonable price. Loved it. Only regret? Would have liked more time there.

it was close to the beach. Well appointed unit with good cooking facilities. the tv sound was very tinny. but we weren't there to watch tv 🙂

The cabin was fantastic. Beds really comfy and a very spacious unit. The facilities at the park were fabulous. However staff at check in were very unorganised and vague as couldn’t find booking even though I had phoned ahead to say our friends would be arriving first and picking up the keys. Customer service could improve at the front counter.

Stayed in same cabin In Feb 22. Wifi was much better then as this time kept dropping out (constantly). The main recycle A/C was louder than my Diesel BT50 when its cold, was much quieter last stay may need a service or replaced.

Peaceful and quiet. Staff there to help with all your needs and queries. This was our second stay here and would go agsin. Only issue was poor coffee from seperate cafe business.

Did like that it was close to an interesting walking track and across the road from the beach. Didn't like the condition of the bathroom in the cabin, toilet cistern was very old, felt like it would fall apart when pushing button to flush.

Cabin was unusually big with 2 bedrooms and perfect. Spotlessly clean with everything you need in a home and very quiet. Nothing negative to say about the place! Wish we stayed could have stayed longer.

Villa sleeps 6,
We were an extended family of 5, in a older Villa at the rear of the grounds. Loved the location of the Villa, traffic on road at rear did not bother us. This Villa is awaiting refurbishment, and we would stay again once this is carried out. Second room with double bed, is semi detached and has no aircon

Great getaway at Woodgate
Our deluxe cabin was roomy and spotlessly clean. Great kitchen with everything we needed. The beach was just across the road. The cabin was in the middle of the park, but was surprisingly quiet. We loved the Serenity Cove Cafe and had breakfast there twice - sitting amongst the trees and looking across to the beach.

Put in a 2 bed villa with 4 kids under 6 when second bedroom was detached... completely impractibale and nothing like what was advertised online! 2 yr old pulls half drunk waterbottle from under the bed to start drinking... thanks cleaners!!!

The bed in a single room was breaking. The air con doesnt cool down the whole villa n the kitchen sink cold tapalways makes noise
