We have stayed here twice now. Great location and value for money. Probably need to fix the aircon as it was very loud.

Although the rooms were very dated, the location and staff made up for this. The bed was comfortable enough but not super comfy. The shower was really hot, lovely. Cafe on site served great coffee and breakfast. The receptionist was lovely. Location was close to the harbour and walking path. Parking was great.

Loved the property will definitely will return greeted by a lovely man who was very helpful the room was very clean with everything you need the room was even cooled down for us wonderful to walk into on a hot day bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure , the parking was close and secure , right across from the water , easy departure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walk-able to many areas. Right across from beach and pool. Lovely grassed area right outside. Onsite free parking. Room was basic but had everything I expected, was clean and spacious with plenty of fresh air. Room felt private and was quiet. Overall an enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay there gain.

The location was perfect, right by the water with a park and walking around the harbour. Short Taxi ride into Wollongong and taxi call button at Reception was great.

Room was clean and tidy and motel is in a good location. Unfortunately when we arrived we were given the wrong room key so we ended up opening the room of another guest… awkward. Reception was a bit confused but we ended up with a different key to a room that was luckily vacant. While only a mild inconvenience at the time it made us feel a little unsafe and uneasy for the rest of the stay. Would not stay here again due to this fact.

We do apologise for the mix up Caleb.During the confusion we assumed you may have forgotten the entrance to the motel is locked from 8 pm to 8am and this together with the door lock should have made you feel even safer.

Great location to harbour access , walking distance to shopping mall and local eateries. Rooms serviced each day and helpful staff. My only negatives were to request harbour views - not car park where security lights on all night . Even if you book 10 months in advance like us , you are not guaranteed water front views as website pics mostly show. Also ask not to be near noisy elevator . Other than those couple of concerns our overall stay was nice . Thanks

We appreciate your feedback Paul. You had the opportunity to book an ocean view room when you went on line, Unfortunately you chose a different room type. The car park has lighting which automatically turn off later in the night. Your rating differs from the majority of reviews we have received.

Location and view was our main priority and this did not disappoint. The building is older but clean. The bathroom is very small with minimum conveniences. Only 2 mugs, 2 teaspoons, 2 glasses and a kettle provided. A toaster would have been useful!

Staff very pleasant, location great and the aspect is nice, good bed and clean. Very little bathroom bench space and the verandah (covered in synthetic grass) is a bit tired looking.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Reasonably priced and clean and tidy. Bathroom pretty old but functional. Only negative really was both kitchenette and bathroom sink lacked a plug so impossible to shave or do the washing up without wasting a lot of water! Will definitely stay again as very convenient for Wollongong Makers market which was where we were working all weekend.

We had a Park Harbour Queen room, so a side sea view. When we stayed we had no trouble with parking which some have mentioned, but it was midweek and we stayed just one night. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the unit, having just had a 4 night stay in a 4* Sydney Apartment at more than 4 times the cost per night! Should we ever be in this location again I wouldn’t hesitate a revisit to this motel.

This motel overlooks Boat Harbour, if you have room with a view. The Anchorage Restaurant (in the motel) does too. The rooms were clean. Easy walk to the lovely harbour and associated amenities. I would happily stay there again.
