This unit is in a prime location within walking distance of the Fireside Market & Eatery, restaurants, bars, bowling alley, movie theater, local recreation center (gym, indoor swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing wall, etc.) and of course close to the FREE shuttle bus to Winter Park Ski Resort during ski season and for some special events during off season.

This is a non-smoking ground floor unit with the following amenities to make you feel at home:
* Private 4 person hot tub on patio accessible from the living room and bedroom.
* Attached and heated 1 car garage (fits up to a mid-sized SUV; additional parking near unit):
- No having to scrape ice/snow off your windshield.
- Unload your car at your own speed and no having to lug all your belongings down long hallways, up icy stairs or into elevators.
- No need to store your items in a locker overnight, just keep it in the heated garage.
* Washer and Dryer in the unit.
* Kitchen stocked with all the basic cooking utensils and dishes to create a meal.
* 50'' HD TV in living room and 40'' HD TV in bedroom.
* Free Wifi
* Bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with a ceiling fan and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa that is upgraded with a memory foam mattress.

For those flying into Denver and don't want to rent a car, Home James Transportation offers shuttle service from DIA to Winter Park. Our condo is located right off the main road (Hwy 40) and near bus routes, hiking and biking trails. The closest restaurants are approx 400 feet away with many others within walking distance. In addition, Amtrak stops in Fraser (less than 5 minutes away) and there is taxi service in the area.

Great base for fun in Winter Park
I stayed for two nights on a solo vacation and really appreciated the location. It was close to the XC skiing I wanted to do and easy to walk to tons of restaurants to grab a bite to eat. The hot tub was great, too. Perfect place for a couple or single person stay.

Loved: The hot tub, fireplace, bathroom, and the comfortable bed. A few things I didn’t quite like: 1) lighting in kitchen was not good. Two under cabinet lights weren’t working, so cooking and preparing food was not enjoyable. 2) dinning room candelabra light has those stark, harsh-white light bulbs. Maybe it’s just me, but I find this brightness to be cold and uncomfortable. 3) the couch needs replaced; it has seen its better days.

Wonderful condo - will be our go to for our next visit
The condo was perfect for our family getaway. The owner was extremely thoughtful and provided everything you could think of, from cooking spray to spices and flour, to ziploc bags and reusable bags for grocery shopping, to laundry detergents, dryer sheets, and rags in the laundry room. They thought of everything, even band-aids! The water bottles, snacks, and hot chocolate were a wonderful and thoughtful surprise for us. Our son also enjoyed the board games and puzzles. We truly enjoyed our visit and will most definitely stay here again next time. Thank you for everything!!

Great ski get away
We had an enjoyable stay at the condo. The condo was easily accessed, just a block off the Main Street. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for the meal preparation we did. The hot tub on the back patio felt great after a day of skiing. We will try to stay here again in the future.

We were in for the weekend - Perfect for 2 or 4 - small, quaint, and Homey. Full kitchen, great eateries around town. The bus line to the Winterpark/Maryjane is around the corner! Beautiful town - Perfect stay for a weekend of skiing! 😎

Always a great property
The property is located in a great spot in town near restaurants and bars with easy acess to ski shuttles. Property is always clean and comfortable with everything you'll need and hot tub is very nice!
