The TV didn't work, The AC controls did not work - had to turn it off completely, Coffee Pot did not have thing to put the coffee in, Telephone did not work, No bucket to put ice in - A very poor excuse for a LaQuinta Hotel. We have always stayed in LaQuintas - but will think twice about it next time. - Definitely will not stay in the one in Winnie, TX again,.

This was one of the dirtiest properties that I've ever stayed in. There's no way that this room had been cleaned up after the previous occupants.

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. Had to switch room due to smelling like rats lived in the room. A/c didn't work. The unprofessional part you do not speak to minors about credit card information or ask them for the credit card accusing we didn't pay when clearly had 2 forms of receipts. YOU DO NOT TALK TO KIDS THAT WAY FOR ONE AND DONT CAME AT MY KIDS ACCUSING

The room was really exceptional. The only problem I had was the dead bugs in the room, they were everywhere. Other than that I loved it.

The room was ok. Nice large fridge to store drinks and snacks. Beds we’re comfortable. The bathroom was disgusting. There was a sticky substance on the counter tops with hair in it. Completely gross. Walls and shower had a film like they haven’t been cleaned in ages.

Clean but that's all.
Room was clean but lots of rust in bathroom. No klenex in bathroom. Towels had holes and very frayed on ends. Breakfast bar was not good. Eggs were dry and overcooked. No substitute sugars for coffee. No paper towels or anything to dry hands in lobby bathroom and told attendant on first day and still none on second day.

Got a free upgrade to a suite, which was nice, but the furnishings were dusty on the sides, as if they were just removed from storage; and toilet had been used and not flushed (gross). No coffee maker. In room and first floor, walls needed finishing or repair. Stairwell isn't locked to the outside. Outer doors to parking lot damaged.

Don’t stay here!
This hotel was a joke. The service was not good, and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. There were no amenities (soap, etc), they didn’t even have Do Not Disturb signs available and didn’t know where to find one when asked. The water pressure was non-existent and the temperature was only warm for 2 minutes max.

If you stay in room 305 know ahead of time the AC doesn’t work well. The room was super hot when we went in because it was turned off. It didn’t cool well at all even by the next day. The plugs are hanging out of the wall. Some don’t even have covers. The microwave doesn’t work. And go get hot water you have to put it to the cold setting. We stayed here two years ago and i had zero complaints so U thought it was a safe bet. It isn’t. I don’t know if management changed or what but it went down hill quickly. I won’t be going back.

Property was clean and organized. Stayed here one night but overall it was great. They did have breakfast which was a plus. Staff worked well with us we were able to check in a little early. Will be coming back soon !

The room had a weird smell, not sure if maybe it’s the cleaner. The shower curtain would not stay closed all the way during a shower, and made a mess of water; and immediately when we walked in took off our shoes at the door, a tile fell off the wall.

See review from wife. Womans restroom toilets plugged, no soap or shampoo in room, breakfast cold. Lamp in room broken. TV controller did not function properly. One thing the folks that cleaned the room did a good job.

They just don't care
No hair dryer in room. Roach on floor in breakfast area on first day snd no cups for waffle mix Second morning no forks, cereal empty, syrup empty, no coffee stirrers. I had to ask the person at the front desk to fill everything.
