It is a rather plain hotel but it does have the basics, and a great and low price. If you want fancy shampoo or a gym, go elsewhere and pay for it. I would stay there again. The staff were very nice, low cost for a clean and safe room with coffee and some breakfast thrown in.

The dead bolt in room 101 would not work and the office manager said its ok because there needs to be a key card to open the door. That does not excuse the fact that when someone is in their room they have a piece of mind by locking the door prior to sleeping. Unacceptable.

Our room located in the end and covered. The problem is too hot before you enter the room because theat comes from the air condition exhaust.

The room had not working security latch. It looked there was a blood stain on the wall. The smoke detector was removed. the air conditioning was not able to keep the room cool.

Booked 2 rooms for me and my friends for go topless weekend, and for some reason they thought it made sense to give us two rooms on opposite sides of the property. Not to big of a deal but a little inconvenient. What was a big deal was hotel staff not knocking on the door, and just walking in our room and waking us up telling us to get up and get out or pay extra. Clearly we know if we miss check out then we have to pay extra, we didn't need someone to barge into our rooms while we're half dressed and asleep. Everyone was leaving the area since the weekend was over, so the definitely didn't need the rooms for more people, they're just rude. Completely unprofessional. It would have been a bigger issue if they would have ignored the do not disturb signs, but that didn't happen since they don't provide those. I guess they want to make sure they can disturb people whenever they feel like.

Good value motel
This is a good value lodging option in an area visited by birding enthusiasts at this time every spring. Their rate remains the same, even during this uptick of demand. We will continue to stay here when we visit as long as they continue to provide the best value in Winnie.

When I get there my room was not there , they blame Expedia , I have to call police to resolves the problem , next day I have been bitten by so many beds bugs , it itches so much I have to go to the doctor

No fridge. Property was not well lit. Looked closed down from the road. Two horable, tiny pillows on a queen bed. The two pillows would not as dd up to one queen size pillow. Every thing was the bare minimum.

Temperature in room very cold when arriving and heating system did not function. Rooom had very damaged mirror and a bif rusty stain on wAll below toilet water tank. The hotel stated breakfast was supplied but only cereal, fruit juice and coffee was supplied hardly a breakfast.

The hotel had great reviews, but it's a roach motel, looks like an extended-stay motel for people working on the interstate. The place is not only filthy, but the non-smoking rooms are clearly smoking, the odor hits you in the face the moment you open the door. I had kids with me and we were all struggling to breathe. The AC is filled with thick smoke oils, and if you don't check before you turn it on, you'll regret it as soon as you smell what's coming out of the AC. The hotel staff is nice and they are doing the best they can. The rooms are pretty spacious too.

The property is OK, well enough maintained. It mainly houses men working on highway or other construction projects so the parking lot is full of work trucks and there are guys hanging around outside their rooms. Can't blame them for not wanting to be stuck inside but it might make some people uncomfortable.
