Not so convenient for us

The staff at reception was friendly, but the bartender in the restaurant was not! The room was very hot when we arrived and the standing air conditioner/heater was not very effective. We found that the best way to cool the room was to open the windows. Luckily there was one in the bathroom and the bedroom. The shuttle to the airport was good. The cars were nice and clean; however, it was extremely difficult to figure out where to catch the shuttle from the airport. You have to go to Departures in Terminal 3 to a desk that says something about fixed rate taxis to the city (which doesn't make much sense). For us, it would have been much easier to stay at one of the 2 hotels that are right at the airport.

Dear Elaine, thank you for your honest feedback. We are very sorry that your stay was not as great as we wished. For any problems you can call and come to the reception, The reception is 24 Hours open. We would of course change your room. For the shuttle from the Airport to the hotel: We used to do Shield pickups, but they didnt worked out with that Company. So we changed to the TTC-counter ( takes you to the city). We hope that you come and visited us another time and we can make the stay even better. Thank you for your time.

My room was a little smaller than what I am used to in the The States. And I had to pay extra for breakfast AND the shuttle to the airport, which considering the price and the size of the room, was unwarranted. But it was clean and they had an very nice smoking area.

Less than average

Hotel itself is not bad, but there is a lot of hidden costs, which you do not see when booking. The breakfest is EU 15 per person, the shuttle supposed to be 10 EU ( by the veceptionist), but when you pay for it- they add some taxes to it so you actually pay over 20EU= more than taxi. Everithing in room is paid item- including simple sparkling water sitting on the desk ( while the information says- only the items in minbar are payable)
