No WiFi after I was told there was . No help was offered after asking either. The room above mine has two women that jigged in place until 10:30Om in high heels , they smoked like a freight train, flicking ash’s over the rail landing at my front door . Glad i asked for non smoking . More then likely I won’t be back

This property was way better than my previous hotel , a couple of quick fixes are needed for the inside doors, but that was it.

I asked for a non-smoking room when I checked in. I was told the room was non-smoking but when we got to the room it was a smoking room. cigarette burns on the comforter, table, tub and sink. I asked to be moved to a non-smoking room and was told that they didn't have any non-smoking rooms available. The front desk rep was rude and told me that she made me aware of the room being smoking when I checked in, which she lied. I asked for a refund and both of the front desk attendants said NO because we used the room. I was in the room for less than an hour and could not stand the smell. I had to leave and spent 2 hours and more money looking for another hotel. I went back the next day and complained and got my money back. The worst place ever, I don't recommend it at all.

I am sorry that we were not able to honor your request for a non smoking room. We make every effort to honor request, but we aren't always able to. There was no excuse for poor service and I will be looking into that matter. I am truly sorry you did not have a positive experience. Thank you for the feedback.

The new "manager" simply didn't know how to handle what appeared to be a basic situation. She heavily relied on a young pregnant employee to basically get her out of this jam.

It wasnt my best stay n I regret not booking somewhere else. Internet wasn't working and there was no signal for TV at all. I asked to be moved to another room for TV and they couldn't do it. And asked to be put on the first floor and couldn't do that either.

there was hair all over the place, including in ALL the towels.... I left and went to the Drury
