The condition of the room is very outdated and had an overwhelming smell of pinesol. On the bright side, it was very clean.

Hi I am sorry if the cleaner was a little strong. We have had some new cleaners recently, and I have reviewed there products and noticed a couple had not diluted the solution as specified, hope fully we have rectified this issue. Thanks for your feedback

We did not have hot water for our showers. The room was spacious with kitchenette.Walkable to center of town

HI We found the problem with the water, thank for letting us know. Someone had swapped the H(Hot) and C (cold) labels on the taps.

Could be better

The place was promising with big room size and comfortable bed. It was a bit tired though, and lacked of maintenance. One window had to be pushed from the outside when we wanted to close it. The kitchenette was left to be desired. The utensils were not in good condition and the plates and bowls need to be rewashed. One bowl was one third full with water when I took it out of the cupboard. Parking was also an issue as it was not well assigned.

HI Sorry that your had some issues, and I do apologise for the water, not sure how that occurred, I have passed on your comments to the appropriate staff to make sure the issues are overcome. Parking there is one space for each room, parking spaces are marked with numbers that correspond with the rooms so there should not be an issue in regards to that.

We liked that it was very quiet, the main room was quite large and fridge and aircond worked well.

The accommodation was excellent except that the brick walls hid mosquitoes and we were badly bitten by them. We tried to swat them but they hid in the dark brick walls of the room.
