LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL
The drain in the shower blocked, which cause extensive flooding in the bathroom and into a bedroom. When we reported the incident, the receptionist immediately blamed us for "turning the water on too hard" and proceeded to lecture us. Eventually the drain was looked at and seen to be totally clogged. There there was no apology for her curt retort - and she acted as if such conduct is normal and acceptable. I'll definitely take my customers elsewhere

took 10 minutes to get into room, bugs bugs in and around door, no coffee cups, no soap. The last two items are compulsory. Rang the manager after we had left, she was not apologetic, just wanted to know about the road conditions. Not good !!!!

Thank you for your review, I am sorry check in took a little too long but we do like to share our country hospitality. Unfortunately your visit was at the height of the big rain and their were a lot of bugs around, this one is out of our control as it is nature at it's best. I do remember you as you did ask about where you could go to dine for lobster for your evening meal and Warwick is a small country town that doesn't offer this. We did show empthay and thanked you for your phone call and we did ask about road conditions so we could share with other travellers asking about road conditions. As there was a lot of flooding.

My First disappointment was reception. Not so friendly greeting, and I booked this place for the ''FREE WIFI'' … FYI everyone, its 100MB, just enough to check the email. The Cabin was just ok.... the tree scratched the roof all night, there was an ant problem that I didn't notice, but ended up with ants in my baggage, the couch was very dusty and looked like it hadn't had a good vacuuming in years!! Sorry, but I will not be back.

Hi Shaun, I am sorry you had a bad experience here. Our staff are usually great so not sure what happened there will check though. Will definately check the tree's around the cabin maybe they need a trim, In a drought affected area the ants will go looking for whatever they can find hard to control but will try to fix this and our cabins are thoroughly cleaned after every stay so I can assure you it was definately clean on your arrival. Sorry to hear that you wont be back.

Only one night stay. Stayed in a very clean cabin. BBQ just behind cabin. The owners even gave me money to use,however ended up using the BBQ in the camp kitchen. I would recommend this caravan park.

Lovely quiet and relaxed
The rooms were spacious and very clean. Upon arrival you were welcomed warmly and we enjoyed our stay. Waking up to the noise of the cows 🐮 🐮 brought me back to my childhood 😍😍 Highly recommend 😃😃😃

Clean and tidy self contained cabin.
The cabin was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The staff or managers were friendly and very capable. The cabins are a bit unique to Warwick providing a self contained unit with a full size fridge and cooking facilities at a very competitive price category. The beds and linen were fresh, clean and comfortable. With a possibility of afternoon storms a carport was bonus I hadn’t considered. One of the best features is the central location within the Granite Belt and Southern Downs. In two days we visited the Granite Belt wineries, Girraween National park, Lake Leslie, the Goomburra valley, Maryvale, Queen Mary and took a slow tour through the Senic Rim on our way home.

Perfect for a group of families
Great location and perfect accommodation sizes for our group of three parties. Unfortunately we thought we were staying in the nice rooms that we saw on the website. In fact there are only two rooms of this nice style which would have been perfect for your stay. We ended up with one nearly as nice room and one outdated room. But all for the same price as the nice one advertised on the net. It is always disappointing when accommodation places are not honest about the details of the rooms they provide but still expect the same money to be paid. Apart from this disappointment we enjoyed our stay at the caravan park and who be more than happy to go back. It was a perfect safe environment for the kids to run around and created a lovely family holiday atmosphere for us.

Everything was ok, the gas strut on fly screen door had fallen off once. Walls had marks not bad bad just noticable. Bed was ok.. pillows felt like it needed replacing. Id say 3 out of 5. Kids loved being there as it was their first time. Heaters worked a treat. Tv was great for kids. I would come back!

Good Clean and comfortable cabin
We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom cabins at the far end of the caravan park. The cabin was clean, well appointed and comfortable. It had all the amenities with air conditioning in the kitchen area and one of the bedrooms. The aircon was enough to cool down the other bedroom as well. There was not a lot of privacy with the 2 bedrooms side by side with no door between but you could not see the other people in bed. Because of the distance from the road it was beautiful and quiet.

We only stayed one night but it was nice. The tree next to the car parking spot could have been trimmed a little bit, at head height to make it easier to get in and out of the car. The double bed was a bit small because we're used to a queen size but otherwise, it was good.

Nice van park. Quiet even on a main highway
Only negative I could have if you could even call it a negative, was the cabin smelt very strong of cleaner. I had a two night stay and the second day I asked to change cabins. It wasn't a problem and owners couldn't stop apologising. Will stay again and rev omen to family and friends.

We had one of the older units at the back of the park. Still, very clean and comfortable. Very quiet, considering the park is on the main road. Very friendly and helpful staff.
