Great place for an overnight stay in Warwick. Room was immaculate, huge TV, very effective air conditioner, really clean and lots of nice little touches, like Cold Bottled Water in the fridge, air freshener, tissues, and plenty of power points near the bed for charging phones etc. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with everything you may need
We loved our stay! Everything was perfect, the room were really well set with everything you may need, very spacious, bath robes, shampoo conditioners and other great touches. The bed was very comfortable and the manager of reception was really kind and nice. They let us check out at 12 which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Not the same City View
Really disappointing to see how poor the condition of this room was in August 2023. After more than 160 nights at the City View this is the first time I have seen a dirty conditions. Hair in the shower plug and mould and grime on the shower walls. Also the underside of the toilet had not been cleaned before check in. Also no offer of milk for tea or coffee and the foxtel connection has been replaced with a smart tv which has no access to any apps and only free to air channels. All in all a very disappointing decline in what was once a lovely motel.

Hello Jacob Fuller (alias Anonymous),I don't know where you have stayed but you certainly haven't stayed here for 160 nights! Number 1; in total you have stayed 11 nights over a few years according to our data on the computer. Number 2; there is a problem with mould at this time of year being a cold Winter, we bleach the showers every time there is a departure. All of the silicone around the Bathrooms are being replaced with new silicone by the Plumber as the previous owner just did repeated patch up jobs. Number 3; there is clearly a condiment tray on the bench with Robert Timms Coffee, Tea, Raw sugar, 2 types of Biscuits, Tea towel and even mints. Number 4; the new larger Smart TV'S are up on the wall and you can access all types of platforms such as Netflix, Google play and many more. They are very simple to use. P.S....in actual fact, there has been a huge increase in the number of people staying here to the point that I am booked out nearly every night. This Motel is in high demand. I operate at 93.5% occupancy compared to when the previous owner had it and didn't care and was almost closed every day. You only have to read all the other Reviews since taking over at the beginning of March 2023 to see we rate extremely high! Surely all the other guests that have stayed here can't be wrong and DO NOT PLACE FALSE REVIEWS COMPARED TO YOURSELF!!

It is a good sized room with a comfortable settee as well as a bed. It was clean. But somewhat ordinary. It is just a room in a narrow, walled driveway. It is on the main road and the truck noise is somewhat constant. I would imagine, when built, the road was a much less travelled artery. For the price, a place to sleep that is clean. As a place to stay as a base for exploring, not quite up to the mark. (Older motels would do well to plaster over the brick internal walls to lighten and brighten the decor.)

Unfortunately, we can not up and relocate the Motel from a main thoroughfare, we would get no business and it all comes down to finances to completely update buildings. The most utmost thing to provide is cleanliness, comfort and necessary facilities.

It was going to be quite cold overnight but there was no way we were going to feel it with the facilities provided. Good reverse cycle aircon, electric blankets & piping hot water for showering. It was very comfortable. Great service from the owner & the service staff were very friendly. Thank You.

Very clean tidy motel.
Lovely nice motel very clean. Comfortable bed and parking outside room. Only issue close to main road and a lot of truck noise so if a light sleeper maybe not for you without earplugs

Needed a comfortable and quiet place to rest while racing at Morgan Park. Despite its location on a hill beside the highway, it was very quiet and I wasn't bothered at all by traffic noise or neighbours. I wouldn't think twice about staying here next time.
