We travel extensively as a family with small children, and properties are rarely as wonderful as you hope. This location is. Laura felt like a fast friend. The cleanliness was superb and my two year old could sit on the floor and play without any concern. Location cannot be beat. Best stay we have had in years and tremendous value.

Lovely stay, amazing location in the old market square and at this time of year the Christmas market and skating rink. A little work out as on 2nd floor and no elevator as heritage building but worth the work as stunning view and very comfortable spacious apartment

It was a beautiful apartment . The only problem was the fact that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep. Laura was wonderful and very helpful. There could be more personal instruction on the appliances as they were difficult to figure out even with the manuals.

A beautiful apartment with one issue
This is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous location. But it’s 3 floors up with no elevator. This was not clear while booking on hotels.com. It was made clear only on the email which I received just before our arrival. I might not have stayed if I had known we would have to carry our bags up and down 3 floors. Alex did help when we came in but he was alone and we could not let him carry all the bags alone! At check out early morning, we had to do it ourself. So brilliant apartment as long as you are ok with 3 flights of stairs! Alex was brilliant in his service and helped with everything. All queries were promptly answered.
