Reception met with friendliness. The room was not where reception indicated. All surrounding people were smokers and the entrance to my room required me to walk through smokers and butts. My outside table was dirty with ash. People sat outside room smoking and it entered my room

Firstly as you pull up to the Office a child runs to your door & demands why are you here? The office has a very unpleasant smell. Staff are polite but not really welcoming. The room is average, the floor squeaks no matter where you walk on it. The bathroom looks like it was recently renovated but there is no handle on the inside of the shower door so can not close door without a lot of difficulty. The room door sticks so it’s a battle to get in or out of the room. Parking is terrible.

it was not worth the money we paid too stay there the bathroom when we pulled down the shower head it nearly fell off and the whole wall shook felt like it was going too give way we werent offered milk for coffee our car space was taken by the people next door so yeah we wont be booking there again

Conveniently located and the bathroom has been renovated recently. Unfortunately there appeared to be a smokers section just outside our room which was offputting. Last time (pre-Covid) we had a family room and it was really well appointed. This stay we had to ask for a plug so that we could wash our dishes and a teaspoon for our coffees as we only had dessert spoons provided.

Hi Sue-Maree We are very sorry to hear that your room was missing some items. Unfortunately people smoke outside their rooms. Maybe that is something for us to think about. Making a designated smoking area away from the rooms.

One of the caretakers stays in unit 24 and is in and out banging the doors all night and he had the vacuum cleaner on at 11:30pm as well as drilling something in his room around 11:45pm. Very difficult to sleep there.

Excellent motel with easy access. Staff were top notch. Warrnambool is a beautiful city of 35,000. We got food food from Penang Alley owned by a five term city mayor. Excellent. Would stay again.
