The hotel was nice its self and the staff were great during my stay. The two issue I ran into was the pool being closed with no notice on the website stating it would be closed until I arrived at 2am after an 8 hour drive. I had my two boys with me and they were really excited for this. I booked it for that reason, the indoor pool. I would have booked else where if i knew in advance that the pool was closed. Lastly, the hotel charged me an additional $310 after already charging me $265 for my stay there and this is where I faced an issue because of the unprofessional. Not only did they have no record of this or explanation but I did send the screenshots of my bank statements to both managers per the email I have. I explained the issue about the pool and the manager Clayton nor Manager Jen apologized for the inconvenience, they didn't acknowledge my email at all when i mentioned this and I thought this was very unprofessional on their end. Clayton's response to Jen was , "Please issue a refund for this today," with me on email. Its been a couple days now and I have not heard back from either manager with a follow-up email or confirmation that a refund has been issued. Nice hotel but unprofessional management at this one.
