Great location with incredible views! Good value for money. Friendly hosts with lots of information about local lakes, pizzerias etc. Shared pool. Teenager child missed access to wifi - we didn't mind!

Bon séjour calme reposant site agréable et confort sommaire mais suffisant
Le site bénéficie d’une très jolie vue sur le village de volttagio et mont environnant Les nuits sont fraîche et nous n’avons pas eux beaucoup de désagrément par la présence de moustiques Les propriétaires étaient en partie présents et ils donnent de bon conseils sur ce qu’il faut faire dans la région Nous voulions aller voir les « cinq terres « mais trop loin Nous avons visité Gênes et Portofino, c’est très joli aussi (1h15 de route) Le supermarché le plus proche est à Gavi à 12km Il y a un petit magasin dans le village à proximité de l’église et aussi une boulangerie Il y a des lacs artificiels et les rivières sont souvent « à sec » mais il y a moyen de s’amuser dans de petites réserves d’eau suffisamment pour nager mais il faut marcher pour les trouver Il y a de très jolies balades et les journées sont chaudes La piscine du site est suffisamment grande et profonde ( 1/3avec 80cm de profondeur et 2/3 avec 1,8m) Pendant notre séjour la piscine est restée assez fraîche(+-25*) Mais nous sommes dans l’ensemble satisfait de notre séjour L’appartement est vieux et un petit coup de neuf pourrait aider au confort des locataires Notamment en modifiant la baignoire et l’évier de cuisine Il n’y a pas d’explication sur l’utilisation des ustensiles de cuisine et pour ceux qui n’ont pas l’habitude d’utiliser une cuisinière aux gaz c’est dangereux Voilà j’ai essayé d’être le plus complet possible Il me reste à vous souhaiter un bon séjour à la ferme Remusant

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits à Voltaggio. Nous en avons retenu du positif mais également, hélas, du négatif. Commençons par le positif: la propriété est magnifique. L'espace extérieur est très agréable, la piscine est très agréable aussi et bien entretenue et la vue depuis la propriété et depuis l'appartement est magnifique. Le couple qui gère la ferme est très accueillant et gentil . Ce sont eux aussi qui nous ont accueilli, nous n'avons presque pas croisé les propriétaires. En ce qui concerne le négatif: la communication avant notre arrivée avec les propriétaires des lieux n'était pas terrible. Nous n'avons pas reçu d'instructions et n'étions pas prévenus que l'accueil était fait par d'autres personnes. Le numéro de téléphone disponible sur VRBO est en fait le téléphone de la fille de la propriétaire.... qui n'est absolument pas au courant des locations à Voltaggio. Autre aspect négatif: L'appartement est rustique certes, mais il mériterait tout de même d'être un peu mieux entretenu. Certains équipements ont déjà bien vécus (gazinière avec 2 taques sur 4 qui fonctionnent correctement, robinet de l'évier de la cuisine bancal, étagères bancales, ... ).. Au niveau de la propreté, cela pourrait être mieux (on a passé le balai en arrivant, il y avait encore des miettes sur certaines meubles...). Vu le prix payé, nous espérions donc un peu mieux . Nous avons néanmoins passé un bon séjour et nous recommandons cette adresse pour des voyageurs qui ne sont pas trop exigeants sur le confort ou la propreté ;-)

Italienische Gastfreundschaft mit Pool
Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) wurden freundlich empfangen und haben die kleinere der beiden vermieteten Wohnungen bezogen. Die ganze Familie hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder haben sich am gepflegten Pool vergnügt und die Eltern haben Ruhe und Aussicht genossen. Sowohl die Gastfamilie wie auch das Ehepaar, das den Hof bewirtschaftet waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit vielen wertvollen Hinweisen versorgt. Für die Kinder gibt's reichlich Platz zum spielen und viele Tiere auf dem Hof. Die Pizzeria in der Nähe macht klasse Pizze (auch zum Mitnehmen) und in Voltaggio macht der Einkauf richtig Freude. Wer lokale Spezialitäten, echten Gelato (der Hammer!) und guten Kaffee schätzt, ist in Voltaggio goldrichtig. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Natur pur!
wunderschöne Lage, beeindruckendes Anwesen! Die Wohnungen sind teilweise rustikal. Der Pool ist natürlich herrlich. Der Eigentümer Massimo hat uns wunderbar mit Informationen über die Gegend versorgt, wir durften noch mehr Familienmitglieder kennenlernen. Das war sehr herzlich und schön!

Prachtige locatie, aardige mensen.
Eigenaren bijzonder gastvrij. Het appartement is echter enigszins gedateerd. Geen goede pannen, water tijdens douchen moeilijk in te stellen op juiste temperatuur. Deur van een slaapkamer gaat niet goed dicht. Prachtig landgoed, mooie omgeving.
