We were told by the front desk check in there was a free shuttle to airport but in the morning they provide a car for the trip an charged us 25Euros.

Close to airport but not convenient to downtown
Out of the way small town hotel about 10-15 minute cab ride to the airport. Hotel offers a shuttle service every 30 minutes for 15 Euros. Restaurant was very good.

Also of course you can control your temperature in your room you can turn the heater lower or higher. In the winter time we do not have the air conditioning remote in our rooms since it is cold outside and there is no need of cooling the room. The property was good for the price, but they offered me the airport shuttle, which is listed on their website as free, but I was surprised to arrive to the airport and had to pay 40 euros for the shuttle they had provided me. It was almost half the price of the room that I had booked for a long layover.

Not recommended
It was mixed. Couldn’t get a phone signal at the airport and couldn’t get information about the shuttle so took a cab which was 16 euros. Person at the desk was very helpful. We planned to have dinner at the restaurant but it was closed. She sent us to a good local restaurant that was about a mile walk. We didn’t see other options. Shower door in the room was broken. Front desk is closed at night. Tried to go down to coffee machines in the morning but the elevator wouldn’t stop there and door from the stairs was locked. She arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport at 5 am which was good but because the elevator and stairs were locked we had to carry our luggage downstairs. Remote area quite a ways from the airport.

Great upkeep and modern rooms. Only issue was transportation is only to the airport; You need to take a taxi to get to the property. It's not walkable. Breakfast was fabulous

Clean room, nice thick towels, crisp cotton sheets and friendly service. Even when we showed up at 11:30 pm and had to leave at 5:15 am for our next flight. Free taxi to the airport in the morning. Highly recommend this place for travelers. 10 min from the airport

Not so convenient for us
The staff at reception was friendly, but the bartender in the restaurant was not! The room was very hot when we arrived and the standing air conditioner/heater was not very effective. We found that the best way to cool the room was to open the windows. Luckily there was one in the bathroom and the bedroom. The shuttle to the airport was good. The cars were nice and clean; however, it was extremely difficult to figure out where to catch the shuttle from the airport. You have to go to Departures in Terminal 3 to a desk that says something about fixed rate taxis to the city (which doesn't make much sense). For us, it would have been much easier to stay at one of the 2 hotels that are right at the airport.

For any problems you can call and come to the reception, The reception is 24 Hours open. We would of course change your room. For the shuttle from the Airport to the hotel: We used to do Shield pickups, but they didnt worked out with that Company. So we changed to the TTC-counter ( takes you to the city). We hope that you come and visited us another time and we can make the stay even better. Thank you for your time.

My room was a little smaller than what I am used to in the The States. And I had to pay extra for breakfast AND the shuttle to the airport, which considering the price and the size of the room, was unwarranted. But it was clean and they had an very nice smoking area.

Hotel itself is not bad, but there is a lot of hidden costs, which you do not see when booking. The breakfest is EU 15 per person, the shuttle supposed to be 10 EU ( by the veceptionist), but when you pay for it- they add some taxes to it so you actually pay over 20EU= more than taxi. Everithing in room is paid item- including simple sparkling water sitting on the desk ( while the information says- only the items in minbar are payable)
