"Nice hotel, great location"
Nice hotel, great location. Plenty of restaurants both nearby all within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Room was a good size and in good condition and very clean. Air conditioning was working and bed was comfortable. Only thing I'd flaw was the bed sheets were too thin, however upon request we got a spare one straight away for no charge. Bathroom was also in good condition with a working hot shower, clean toilet and bidet. So overall a great stay at a nice hotel.

"Nice hotel close to some good restaurants. "
Although some distance from the main tourist attractions, the main road closest to the hotel has some wonderful photo opportunities. The hotel is very comfortable with an ample buffet breakfast.

"Quirky hotel close to centre and train station"
This is a quirky hotel situated on the third floor of the building with an antiquated but interesting lift system. It has an automatic front door which is accessed by using an intercom. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay over all. It was perfectly located for our purposes.

"Very clean and breakfast included"
Staff that treated us was very friendly and spoke English perfectly (which was a nice option after struggling with the language for 2 weeks). At checkout he was quick to look up the specific shop we were trying to find and marked it on a map. Then showed us where to catch the metro and hot to get back to tremini station after. No complaints at all for any of the staff! The room was spotless with marble floors and a safe. Breakfast was a nic surprise since most breakfasts in Italy have hardly anything. Eggs, sausage, bread, whole fruit, juices, espresso and coffee machine. Well satisfied for our days excursion. My only complaint was the bed. It's 2 twins put together (but that is how they all do there) and each bed moved and squeaked very easily. was kind of annoying but the benefits of the hotel outweigh for short stays for sure! Also note this is a Catholic Church owned hotel so pictures and statues are everywhere including in each room

"Very basic hotel , close to all historic sites "
Basic B+B, excellent staff, close to all historic sites ,we bought the 72 hour Roma pass but after walking around for a couple of days found that we didn't really need to , buses and trains frequent , Food was of good quality but on the whole portions were of a medium size , the City of Rome is beautiful but spoilt by street hawkers who dog your every step. Beggars are plentiful ,Such a sorry site . Graffiti is everywhere even in the restrooms of a church we visited for a concert such a shame to deface a beautiful place and city , Security is everywhere armed police the army and many other agencies. Traffic is horrendous and the noise can be disturbing, watch your step when crossing the roads your destiny is in your hands as no one follows any road signs or requests, Attractions are many and varied but but queues can be very long and on most security is very high and some attractions have airport level systems you will also be be beleaguered by line jump offerers who will promise you everything and cost you the earth,On the whole We had a wonderful holiday and you must see Rome its Beautiful.

"giod experience "
Superior rooms are next door to main hotel. At first it looks like a decrepit warehouse but after going up elevator you go to very nice modern room that is really top notch. Just don't get spooked by warehouse look getting there

"Great small/boutique hotel in Rome"
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and chose it because it was near the Termini Train terminal. I discovered that it was also within walking distance of the Trevi fountain and lots of cool restaurants and shops. I would stay at this hotel again. The only reason I did not give it all 5 across the board was that the room temperature of the breakfast area was a little warmer than I would have liked.
