Beautiful home sits on the 9-mile marker of the Gravois Arm on the Lake of the Ozarks.
Lake Ozark is 92 miles long with over 1150 miles of shoreline.

Home is 1850 square feet, two level home, full kitchen, living room, sunroom, 2 full baths, with 3 bedrooms and bunk room. One pull out couch for full size bed. Home sits on flat lot only 50 feet from water's edge. Enjoy your private 2 well dock with calm waters for swimming, skiing or just relaxing on both decks. 2011 features a refreshed interior.

Enjoy the water and sun with a 6 foot swim/sun deck.

Enjoy grilling out or eating on the water at many of the local restaurants minutes away by water or land. Restaurants like Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Jerk Shack, Frogs, Shady Gator, Horny Toad to name a few.

Enjoyed our stay!
Our family truly enjoyed our time here. We maxed out with a group of 10 and a few dogs and there was still room for everyone, even though going in we expected it to be tight. We are regulars at the lake and it was so nice to have a flat, fenced in yard, which was perfect for the dogs (fence) and elderly (flat). Other comments stated that the fence looked too short to keep them in, but it worked just fine if they knew the expectations. The stairs coming up by the sea wall were a bit rough on human feet and doggie paws, but we got used to it. (I wanted to add this just in case you have a puppy with sensitive paws.) Be sure to bring your floats and tubes so you can enjoy the nice swimming area. The owners were quick to respond when I had questions about a few things.

Lake is amazing and quiet cove.
The house is how it looks in the pictures. The description is not wrong. However the list of service for 8-10 people. You have 7 forks. Baking sheets-nope that’s a broiler pan. We reached out to the owner in regard to the air conditioning challenge for the master bedroom. It was 80 degrees in that room. We were told hvac is new in the last 2 years. HVAC technician stated it’s expected to be that hot in the current 90 degree temperature. On our last day it had finally cooled down. The cleanliness of the property is not very good. We were told it wasn’t their usual service. I cleaned the house. The bathrooms were full of hair and dried contacts on the floor. I even found a wad of hair in the microwave. The property had a much larger issue with peeling paint, nails/broken /soft boards on the dock, and no smoke detector The stove also had the breaker turned off when we got there. This is a good place to throw your stuff and enjoy the water.

Overall the property was as advertised. Communication with the property owner was very prompt, when we ran into an issue with the Wi-Fi service. The only complaint is that the prior occupants did not appear to leave the place in a very clean condition— we had to do a good bit of cleaning with respect to pots and pans etc. before using them.

Family get together
For us old mobility issue people there were too many irregular steps and few hand rails! And the air conditioning wasn't working. Those upstairs in the master bedroom complained... the rest of us made do! Luckily it wasn't overly hot! Parking was fine .. plenty of room for 4 or 5. The neighborhood was nice and quiet even on this holiday weekend. The house was well stocked, comfortable with plenty of seating in and out. We didn't have a boat but the dock was large, paddle boat fun and the water was accessible. We had planned to bring our dogs... but changed our minds luckily. The waterside fence would not have kept anything but a minidog in!!

Fun after covid
This was our second time staying here, last time was the first summer into covid and could not have thought of a better place to spend a week after covid restrictions were lifted! Favorite house to stay out by far!

Nice spot especially for dog owners.
This was a great spot for my family and two dogs. Outside the back door is a fenced in yard that will keep your pups from wandering to the street. The back gate opens up to the dock so the dogs can join you on the swim deck. Inside only one complaint is that the air conditioner didn't keep up with cooling the house down during the day, but at night the temperature came down. During the day the upstairs bedroom would get up to 83 degrees when it was 90 outside. The down stairs was a little warm as well. Overall though we really enjoyed the property, spent most of our time outside, and would return.

Great getaway home
This was our second time staying here. We love the location of this house so we could access flat calm water for wakeboarding and wake surfing anytime. The check in/out process is so easy and the owners are so nice!
