Our last night there was very disruptive. I had to call the manager at two in the morning due to the neighbors in room five kept us up all night even after the manager went and beat on their door. It was difficult for us to go back to sleep. It was a waste of night, It will be hard for me to go back again

Multiple knocks in the middle of the night on the shared wall coming from the room under me. This hotel needs to take issues like this seriously

The place is very nice. My recomendation is two the room need new mattress is too squeaky and if the room don’t have a coffee maker.

This hotel feels like home away from home. The service at the front desk was perfect and the room was clean and had every amenity you would want - including a hot shower/ bath. On top of that, it was very affordable for the area. Definitely saving this one for another visit.

I liked the fact that it was close to downtown shops and restaurants where we could walk to. The receptionist was very helpful in upgrading our room to a larger one.

We had traveled all day and didnt get there til 7 in the evening. Someone forgot to tell us that there was a parade in Santa Paula that day and we couldn get anywhere near the Inn for another 1 1/2 hr. Very disappointing as we were tired and had nowhere else to go. The man at the desk was nice and did call us when the parade had cleared away. A bad start.

Travelled to Santa Paula with elderly family member and our granddaughter for a memorial service. The location was convenient to place us in walking distance to the activities. Room shown was not room provided. Couch shown in photo, which we were going to utilize for 8 year old grandchild to sleep on, was absent, instead replaced with two wing chairs. When asked about a roll-away bed, was told they don’t have any. Room was musty. Thermostat for HVAC did not seem to work. Asked for assistance and was told “it should work, but if it doesn’t, you can use the window AC. Room was average. Due to the photo and the lack of couch/Roll-away it did not really meet our needs. That being said , it was the indifference of the manager/owner that was disappointing.

Wouldn't Return - Better Stay Elsewhere
Arrived at 12:30pm room was not ready. Reception not present. Phone number taped to window was busy. Housekeeper had to call for service. Check-in provided key but room was not ready and I was told they would send a message to my phone when ready. Message never arrived. Room was semi-clean with remnants leftover from previous occupants including a photo postcard of the family. Sheets were clean but scratchy and pillows were flat. Internet service was down my entire visit so much that reception couldn't even charge my credit card deposit. NO INTERNET AT ALL. Mini fridge mad a whooshing sound all night and I didn't sleep a wink with comfort at a low. The only positive was the cute courtyard and very large room.

Thank you for your response. However, we you were advised upon checkin that the internet was down city wide by Frontier and also that our check in time was at 3pm. You came to check in at 12:30. We apologize for the inconvenience but you were advised of the above before you checked in and you agreed that it was okay.

Property was nice. Doors have gaps underneath so it's easy to hear what's happening inside other rooms when walking down the halls. Some things shouldn't be heard.

Well located and not too bad. It’s not the Ritz but is clean and comfortable. Good AC, bed, and water pressure. It’s an older property- at least a century old. Has an older smell. I’d stay again. Santa Paula is an older town and for the price - it’s well with the stay.

This is a cute, clean, older place with personality, run with hospitality. It’s within walking distance of a zillion restaurants and shops on Main Street - plus Catalyst Church, which I walked to Sunday morning. The owner is helpful and friendly. My room was basic, but clean and quiet. I booked here after finding it on Expedia … and it was half the price of anyplace in Ojai, where I was attending an event. I thought it was a real find, a little hospitality treat in a world of cookie cutter places with couldn’t-care-less staff. I was delighted to stay there and would absolutely stay again. 😃😃

It was a quaint place to stay. It serves just coffee, so it would be nice to have tea as an option. Parking is a little tight; however, the older historical feeling of it was a part of its quaint feeling.

I like the person who waited on us, just was friendly and helpful but I did not like the room as it smelled, air conditioning was loud, walls were to thin as you can hear a person snoring next door. Bed was uncomfortable, too hard.

Relaxing stay.
The stay was nice and relaxing. The room overall was clean. It served it's purpose. It's close to shopping and restaurants. I'm from Santa Paula so I've always wondered what it was like in there ,since it's been remodeled. Ana was amazing. She was the housekeeper and check in clerk and the only one on staff most of the day. Overall it was the little getaway i needed. I would stay again.

The property was a nice little niche. But the driveway was weird, it looked like a walkway with grass in the middle. Not to mention when we checked out at 10:30am there was no one there but the key drop off box. If you needed anything you had to call up the number on the door.
