Great stay! Receptionist Frida went over and beyond to help me arrange taxis. However when checking out no staff were available even after pressing doorbell several times and knocking on staff door.

Läget centralt i G-berg, nära små krogar och bodar med fynd för den som gillar gustavbergiana, namnet förpliktar: Blå Blom är ju en känd servis. Rent o snyggt, helt OK frukost.

Tiny room, no air conditioning, no hair dryer in room, early check-out (10:00AM). Disturbing construction work in neighbourhood started at 06:30 AM.

Great stay in a lovely location with a beautiful breakfast. Highly recommend this clean, comfortable and quaint hotel.

Good value for money. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Very clean and good bathrooms-beds are small but comfortable. Some parts of the decor were a bit tatty. Reception is not manned 24/7 and this caused us and a number of other guests problems with obtaining the access code out of hours. All instructions and voice messages were in Swedish which makes life difficult for tourists. We would go back as there is easy bus access to Stockholm center.

Horrible , nice staff but out dated hotel
The staff is friendly ,breakfast is good . The rooms and beds are horrible , dusty . I would consider this a youth hostel and not a hotel. For the kind of money they are asking makes staying there absurd . I will not stay there again . One room they located me in was so small that I had to take a chair out of the room enabling me to open my suitxcase. The beds are old. Carpet was discusting . There was also dark spots on the grout in the " bathroom shower et all " this " youth hostel" needs a renovation. After that they may call them self a hotel .

Personalen hjälper i den mån man frågar. På min vistelse behövde jag låna strykjärn inga problem. Boedet är prisvärt. Mycket lätt att åka kollektivt från hotellet till centralstationen på 40min och sl appen.

Inte riktigt värt pengen.
Okej vistelse, hade städats okej. Ett uttag hängde löst med sladdar synligt i vardagsrummet. Utsikten var en tegelfasad med oerhört mycket skräp på marken nedanför. Stort badkar med vad jag tror var en bubbelpol utan fungerande bubblor. Betalade lite över 2000kr för en natt (2 vuxna 1 barn). Trevlig personal i reception och vid middag. Inte lika trevlig personal vid frukosten.

Vi hade otur att en av 3 sängar för vuxna havererade så en av oss fick ligga och sova i en soffa. Bra läge på hotellet. Personal i receptionen var mycket trevliga. Damen i restaurangen kunde haft lite mer intresse för sina gäster.

Mysigt hotell med charmiga små rum. Generöst med 100 kr voucher som kunde nyttjas på intilliggande restaurangen. Fint läge nära hamnen i Gustavsberg. Helt ok frukost.

Personligt och vänligt bemötande, vi hade bokat med poäng från Hotels.com, och det innebar ett rum som inte var renoverat. Vi fick nyckeln till det och ett finare rum, så fick vi gå och välja vilket vi ville ha, och för 200 kr kunde vi uppgradera till ett renoverat rum. Väldigt mysig innergård, där hotellet restaurang ligger. Bra frukost i mysig miljö. Hotellet ligger väldigt fint nära Gustavsbergs hamn
