Welcome to the Aria home in Mt. Pleasant, this community is central & convenient to the wonders Metro Vancouver has to offer. This home is outfitted with central A/C, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. (the King bedroom upstairs has a 2 piece ensuite). There are 1.5 baths, FREE parking for 2 cars in the back(or perhaps a trailer) RIGHT on the property. (A lot of places paid parking or time limit now on the streets.)

The entrance is from the back going up to the patio where there is outdoor seating OR front door. Local attractions, Stanley Park, and shopping via uber/lyft ride is 10-15 minutes away. No Drugs/no partying. Total home size is 1204 sq ft/ 11 sq m. We are back and forth from the suburbs so we aren’t too far. The owner and other occupants are downstairs. We do not enter your space at any time. Please refer to floor plan in the images.

Any sort of disruption to the neighborhood such as noise complaints, partying, smoking in the home, littering, will result in fines or shut down and eviction of your stay. You are residing in a residential neighborhood zone.

We currently have 6 exterior cameras for surveillance and security system for the home so we can see how many guests are staying overnight. $1000 fines will be charged for violating NO PARTY rules and noise complaints from the neighbors.

Downstairs is occupied, laundry is shared. Please do not enter our space. We welcome you to our home, are always around to help.

No shoes in the home please, individual disposable slippers are available at each entrance on the shoe rack.

Parking is limited, do not park in front of neighbours home or, they can potentially tow your car if you park there for more than 4 hours in the day time, and overnight. DO not park at the back of their side of the parking, they will tow.

If you require the pack n play set up prior to your arrival, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Linens, Pillows will be in a bag tucked in the queen bedroom by the kitchen upstairs.

PETS
Pets allowed with permission, please inquire before booking, 2 pets max. $1000 FINES will be charged for clean up for non disclosure. One of the owners child has severe pet allergies so deep cleaning of the upholstery is essential. The pet on acceptance would on the bottom level ONLY for upholstery and carpet cleaning of $259. PLEASE absolutely no pets upstairs. In doing so will cause emergency upholstery cleaning with excess fees. This not include damage fees should your pets cause any damage to the furniture or home.

If available, early check in or late check out may be available, one hour complimentary or longer, $100+taxes.

UBC Thai Club Getaway
We had a little getaway as a small group of 20 people in our ubc thai student association. The host initially wanted 16 max but we assured her we weren’t going to party and make it a frat house and that we were just there to chill. Kara was extremely helpful and reachable and even gave us a discount on the extra person charge. She provided amenities for us too and we are grateful for her hosting service. Thank you so much Kara

3 Family Visit
We enjoyed our visit to Vancouver for American Thxgiving. There was plenty of cozy beds for adults and kids. It was nice that one family cld bring their dog. He had to stay downstairs which was no problem. Negatives..... Parking was really tight but we where able to fit 2 full size trucks in back parking with gate closed. Dishwasher was really small. The TV Channels where bit hard to navigate, exspecly for sports. Was hard to find what was offered. No coffee grinder for coffee we brought but there was enough pods/ground coffee and tea. We'd definitely stay again! Thank you

Perfect for Large Groups
A group of friends had an excellent, no hassle stay in Vancouver! This home is perfect for large groups in that it has more than enough beds and plenty of towels, linens, toiletries, etc to go around. The neighborhood is quiet with a just a short walk to excellent shops, cafes, and restaurants. The host is extremely accommodating with excellent communication throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if I needed accommodations on the larger side. Thank you!

A 2 Day Vancouver Tour
Everything about the house was great. We picked up some grocery items when we arrived at an inconvenience store a mere 2 blocks away. (very expensive) and go lost looking for a liquor store on foot. Otherwise the stay was great, no complaints and being in Mount Pleasant, it was convenient and close to everything we planned on doing. We will stay there again if we take a group to Vancouver again. Great Vancouver Property
We were a family group of 7 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has 2 separate living/sleeping areas, which was perfect for us. Our daughter and family stayed downstairs and we and our son slept upstairs. Kara provided great amenities. The location is beautiful and quiet and an easy walk/Uber ride to local restaurants and attractions.

The house was spacious and fit all 11 of us easily. It had plenty of off street parking. 10 min to groceries, restaurants and parks. We had a great time. And Kara was super nice and helpful.

Great responsive Host!
Kara, was a great host who was replied to questions about the property/area in a timely and detailed manner. I cannot fault her as a host. The property itself was good for our requirements i.e15 people (mix of adults + children). The only slight fault was that a few of the sockets did not work in the kitchen area which meant breakfast time was difficult at times. That said, Kara acknowledged the issue and did come to the property to provide a resolution (offered an extension lead). Kara was accommodating and even offered late check out based on our flight time which we appreciated very much. Thanks for having us Kara!
