Left me stranded in Valencia, do not stay here.
Do not stay here. For one, it’s not even a hotel. I booked a hotel room via hotels (dot) com and when I arrived there was no-one there to check me in. I called the number on the booking and no one answered ( it rang out 3 times in a row). I was about to call the hotels (dot) com website when I got a phone call back and they said the person has gone home, they can not help me and hung up the phone!.... it was only 9pm! Not to mention that I had just arrived in Valencia and had no accommodation now. There was a big conference in town and the only place I could stay at was USD450 per night. It’s been 2 weeks now of going backwards and forwards and hotels (dot) com said That Guest House Duc de Gaeta will not refund the money of USD $200. Do not book this place.

Inchecken gaat erg moeizaam en bij aankomst geen rondleiding of uitleg over het appartement. Het stonk enorm naar rioollucht tijdens het gehele verblijf en als je de badkamer links gebruikt dan loopt het water door het gehele appartement. Ligging wel goed en ruimte ook o.k.

No Puede haber nada mas horible
Horrible en todos los sentidos,no reserveis en esta web,si pueden te estafan.eserve 1 noche aqui,eran las 20:30,llamé a la propietaria que muy desagradablemente me dijo que su servicio es hasta las 21 y que nadie me podia dar las llaves.puse una queja a hotels.com y nunca me dieron una solucion ni me devolvieron el dinero. Jamas volvere a reservar con esta web,primera y ultima.

The flat and the room was undone, it was left in a mess from the previous guest and no one clean it. No hot water. A leak from the ceiling on one of the bathroom. No central heating it was freezing cold. Tried to called the owner and the company no one answered my call , I called from 21:30 until 1am and no one answered , imagine if it was an emergency !

Cuando llegue a la habitación tuve que esperar más de una hora en plena calle para que me abriesen los baños estaban averiados la cama sucia y sin hacer tuve que buscar sabanas no repetiría jamas

Un cuarto piso sin ascensor y con las escaleras bien empinadas. Un habitacion sin mas en un piso q ni Televisión ni wifi como ponía en la descripción q tenía....y gracias a que estuvimos solos porque sino....q incomodo la verdad.....no volveré seguro!!

Me gusto la cama de matrimonio. En el establecimiento no especifica que no tenga baño la habitación. La cocina estaba sucia y en penosas condiciones y el baño encharcado y en pésima condiciones higiénicas. Había un perro en el piso lo que no nos habían advertido.

Disgusting place! This is a fraud!
The place is absolutely not the one you see in the pictures! Are 3 super dirty rooms in a single roof flat with two shared bathroom and kitchen. Everything is super dirty and there’s mold everywhere! We refused from the very beginning to stay there for 4 nights and the guy, very unfriendly and not professional, refused to give us back our money (300 euro). We had to find another place. Is the first time that I find a horrible place like this on Hotels.com. I want back my money!
