What I liked about the property was the location, the cleanliness, daily cleaning of room and linen changes. The Suite had a sofa and a kitchenette which was very useful. The rooftop terrace was a bonus with a lovely view of the City. Staff were helpful and efficient. Downside; I think the room needed more drawers for folded clothes and underware or maybe more shelves and hooks. The wall hooks for the bathroom robes fitted in the bathroom were hard to reach. Wardrobes were not easy to open and close, so the negatives are in the planning and installation of the fitted furniture.

Location is exceptional- literally, a few steps from the Valencia Cathedral ! It’s safe/ walkable to everything! The only aspect that wasn’t optimal was that our room felt with no ventilation- the AC was standard for all rooms-we couldn’t change the temperature.. we tried to open the two windows that we had- but a sewer smell was alway present- also, we had no vanity space aAt all- just the sink-! They have a newer hitwjya few steps further- I will probably stay there next time- customer service was great and polite- 😁

Lovely property, excellent customer service, daily cleaning available— nice to have little kitchen. Noise was fine off the town square but there was a festival Falla celebration on so naturally some noise couldn’t be avoided like fireworks. The rooftop terrace was a really nice spot to end the days with a drink. We had trouble with ants one day in the apartment but maintenance resolved swiftly and management handled brilliantly. We had a delicious complimentary breakfast on the terrace.
