Everyone at Hotel Jagerhorn was friendly and welcoming! They helped find your locations and dinner recommendations. When we missed breakfast, they offered a pastry and coffee on the house! So hospital!! Would stay here again! Loved the location in Zagreb and the hotel experience! Thank you, Hotel Jagerhorn for a lovely time!

Great little festive hotel in center of pedestrian
Our one night stay in Zagreb was great. This hotel has a great location in the center of the pedestrian area and close to businesses, restaurants and Christmas markets. The suite’s extra room was a bit uncomfortable because of the steep angle of the room with 1 twin bed at each end of the room. Perhaps a full or queen size bed in the center would have been more comfortable and inviting. The bedroom was quite comfortable and so was the bathroom. The staff gave us a fabulous recommendation for a lical restaurant nearby which we enjoyed very much. The entrance to the hotel was festively decorated and lit for Advent and Christmas which put us all in a celebrating mood. See picture.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great every morning. My only complaint was we couldn’t have our curtains open because our window was level with the courtyard and people would sit there all day and night.
