We are thankful to the genuinely warm and friendly hospitality team at Renaissance for giving us an amazing experience. We were in awe of the grandeur of the lobby accompanied by a perfect selection of lounge house music when we first arrived. Wow what a view and atmosphere. We really loved the modern cosy decor of our suite with balcony, open bath and large windows facing the greenery, open landscape and the sea. We enjoyed the large buffet spread, pool, spa, massage and gym facilities too. All good except for the undrinkable water that’s only acceptable for shower. Need to buy mineral water for boiling for coffee and brushing teeth. R Bar, Clay Craft and Double Ikat also offers fantastic food and drinks throughout our stay. Beautiful hotel! Highly recommended.

The resort is beautiful, with an amazing view of the island. The staff is really nice and helpful. The resort isn't within a walking distance from the local shops and restaurants.

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. If you’re contemplating this property, don’t! Just book it! The rooms are clean, quiet and very ideal. Huge bathtub with waterfall showerhead, separate toilet room, free bottles of water. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! So many options… they make crepes, waffles, pancakes, omelets ect! The views from the property are breathtaking and it’s very very quiet. Both pools are infinity and they’re clean, clear and huge! The staff is SO welcoming, nice, helpful and accommodating. They have a free shuttle that takes you to their other property located on the beach. The beach water was everything. Great food at both places… so many options! The resort also does activities every day listed on a board down by the main pool… bingo was fun! The spa did not disappoint either! I do travel influencing and I will recommend this place to all of my followers! Also, is only 25 minutes from the airport and the resort offers a pickup and drop off at a reasonable rate!

Wonderful stays at Renaissance hotel, Uluwatu. I love the atmosphere here, the room was so clean and comfortable. The restaurants provided many options of delicious food, staffs are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and families. Will come back.

Our room was a two floor suite and was giant and super comfy. The welcome gift was cute and the staff try their best to serve you! Well outfitted gym! The hotel is on a hill top away from most services and the hotel is dated and needs a Reno!

The staff are fantastic; so friendly, attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, no matter if you want local, other Asian or western cuisine. The infinity pool at the resort and the beach club are both beautiful spots to relax.

Booked a room with king bed for a weekend getaway with my wife, but was given a twin bed instead. On arrival, the hotel informed us that there were no king beds left, and that our request for the king bed was “based on availability”. The staff were polite about it and we were given complimentary cocktails as an apology. Every other aspect of our stay was great. If the king bed is a must-have for you, be warned that it is not guaranteed for this hotel, even if you pre-paid for your booking and received a confirmation email stating your room type.

Arriving at the Renaissance Bali was like arriving to a dream.  We booked a driver through the hotel for a late 11P pickup at the airport. He was there on time, cheerful and gave us helpful tips along the ride.  Upon arriving, the staff gave us a much welcome juice and cold towel to freshen our faces after a long travel day.  We were helped to our room with our luggage, and the room was immaculate. Comfortable, beautiful, clean, and cool.  We slept very soundly.  Over the next few days, we enjoyed beyond excellent hospitality, delicious food at breakfast and the poolside restaurants, and tasty beverages.   We loved the peaceful nature of the property, and were especially delighted when searching for the owl conservation, one of the staff invited us to feed the owls with him. Thank you Siarna! We will never forget that experience.

We loved our stay in the hotel. The staff was very acomedating and super nice even upgraded our room and wrote a sweet note for our honeymoon. The only thing ill say is the restaurant is quite expensive compared to the ones outside even in tourist location. But the included breakfast buffet did make up for it. We would defintely stay again.

This property was just we needed after a busy stay in ubud. The pool, the good, the staff all superb. The room decor was just fabulous, only issue is getting around this hide property can be a task. Once you figure out the layout of the hotel and to get around everything is a 10 out 10. Oh let’s not forget the awesome spa !!

What an amazing hotel. From the hospitable staff to the views, to the amenities - this was by far one of the most luxurious and beautiful hotels. Staff are friendly similar to all hotels in Bali so far. There’s definitely catering to a western audience here compared to local or boutique hotels. Very extensive breakfast included, delicious. The pool is gorgeous overlooking the ocean. We wanted late check out which they could not accommodate but they have a lounge for travelers with late departure so that is a perk I haven’t seen other hotels do.

We thought Renaissance was in fact a much better option on all grounds than Sixth Sense, which would have cost us about 7 times more! Thanks Renaissance team, we will defenitely be back!!

10/10 Service. Thank you to the lovely people who work at this hotel. I had heat stroke and had to be taken to hospital by the staff, they stuck with me for hours in the dead of night at the hospital while I received treatment, and then took me back to the hotel. They went above and beyond at every step of the way to look after me. I cannot be thankful enough.
