Very standard for a motel, but on the nicer end of the scale.
Just wish they had dishwashing liquid and clothes for doing the dishes.
The staff were very lovely. Overall, a great place to sleep for a couple of nights
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, easy to check in with very friendly service, and rooms that were very clean. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the fact that the owners support our veterans and first responders. As a first responder It was very pleasing and appreciate their support.

a very nice little place. Seemed strange that an indoor swimming pool was there on site.. but not available for guest usage.

Thank you so much for your feedback, this is what helps us improve our guest experience. Our on-site facilities are used by Due South Australia; a charity supporting our Veterans & First Responders. The pool is used for hydrotherapy and for their usage only.
Nice quiet clean motel, large updated room, well appointed and comfy bed. Supports returned service officers and first responders.

Disappointing that the Bistro wasnt open. Not advised on website. But we visited the excellent Indian Corner Restaurant in town and had a very tasty meal. Great communication and ease of parking. Single level is our box to tick.
I liked the room itself but woke up in the morning to find we had no power. I know these things happen but what really annoyed me was that I couldn't get the problem fixed because there didn't seem to be any staff on the property. This type of thing seems to be happening a lot these days.

Thank you for your feedback. You would have known we had a massive storm overnight and it was out of our control. Unfortunately, you were in one of the affected rooms. Your first response should have been to call management, our number is supplied in the guest book in your room, on the front door of reception and you can easily find it online. If management was called, we could have happily let you into a vacant room as our staff are less than minutes away.Luckily another guest called us, and we were able to get an electrician in and get it fixed asap. But by this time, you had left. We are sorry our service was not up to your standards,
Enjoyed our overnight stay here.
Only negative was that the room we stayed in had no dedicated bench space to put our Luggage on. Noticed other rooms did have this space.
