Unit 5 at White Dolphin is spread over two levels - living and dining downstairs, and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. While the unit is at the back of the building you can still catch some ocean glimpses from the porch and main bedroom.
There is one carspace in the undercover carpark and the building has a shared laundry.
This property is situated within close proximity to Currumbin Beach, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, public transport and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants.
**For Bookings made from Jul 18, 2023 only: Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party & No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
