The villa was designed to enjoy Tulum´s nature and experience a peaceful and relaxing stay, it has 5 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, private pool and garden, a beatiful rooftop terrace surrounded by a wonderful natural environment, for ten guests.

It is equipped to have a comfortable stay and also suitable if you need to work since it has high-speed fiber optic internet.

It is located between the beach and Tulum town in AldeaZama, the most exclusive and completely urbanized neighborhood in Tulum, and close to the beach. There are a lot of nice and small restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and some within walk distance from the house, supermarket and convenience stores are nearby around 10 min away from the house.

It takes 10 min by car and 15 min by bike to get to the beach.

Bedrooms availability is as follows:
Guests will have the entire house. However, bedrooms will be available depending on the number of guests who have made the reservation.
Up to 6 guests, 3 bedrooms.
up to 8 guests, 4 bedrooms.
Up to 10 guests, 5 bedrooms.

GROUND LEVEL
A fully equipped kitchen (dishware, home appliances, cutlery) and a breakfast bar.

•Master bedroom 1 is in front of the pool, includes a King-size bed, bathroom and closet, two safety boxes.

•Bedroom 2 in front of the patio and the pool, includes two full beds, bathroom, closet and a small work space.

•Bedroom 3, located in the front of the house, includes one queen size bed, private bathroom, closet and a work space.

•Living Room with 2 sofa beds, a Smart TV with Netflix.

Patio with outdoor dining area, foosball table, private pool, garden and a bike parking area.

The pool is 7mts long and it is in the center of the house and in front of the bedrooms and living room.

FIRST FLOOR
•Bedroom 4 with a private balcony, includes two full beds, bathroom, closet and a work space.
• Bedroom 5 with a private terrace and balcony, includes one queen size bed, bathroom, closet and a work space.

- The rooftop terrace has lounge chairs, a shower, a living and dining area.

All the rooms have ceiling fans, AC.

Due to the growth of Tulum, it is very common to see construction everywhere, there is construction next to the house , noise may be heard depending on the stage of construction.
